Brought my Android tablet in for repair due to a non-working power button. The gentleman at the counter opened it up on the spot, worked on it for 10 – 15 minutes, and got it working just fine. When I asked what I owed, he said, «No charge.» Now THAT’S great customer service! I’ll definitely be back if any other device needs help.

I dropped my iPhone in water. Verizon, Staples, Best Buy wouldn’t touch it. The tech at Best Buy told me to try Wireless EMT. I was devastated not about my phone but about the pictures of my late husband and dog on the phone, which I had not backed up.(All backed up now). I also had waited 4 days to bring it in. I had the phone in rice. EMT brought my phone back to life! The price was reasonable($ 50 plus the $ 30 to look at it) and I am forever grateful for his service. What a nice guy, personable, friendly, he said he’d do his best and he did! He did what Verizon said would be impossible! Don’t hesitate to bring your water damaged electronic and hopefully you’ll get the same results as I did!

I have now twice had the luck of having Wireless EMT practically at my fingertips. A couple of weeks ago my 10 month old Galaxy Note 3 stopped working. After being told by two different independently owned AT&T stores that my phone was now a glorified paperweight in the Worcester area I found myself, broken phone in hand, talking with one of the tech and repair specialists who assuaged my fears about my Galaxy that the AT&T «tech and support specialists» had already given the last rights to, and told me: the good news is, we can fix it(Yay!), the bad news was they had to order the part and it would take 3 – 5 days to repair it and it would cost $ 80(AT&T had charged me $ 100 to fix a cracked screen, the guys at Wireless EMT brought my phone back from the dead for $ 20 less)! By my way of thinking, this was good news all around. They wound up fixing my Galaxy, on which I am currently entering this review, at the said price of $ 80 and at the low end of the time frame given, 3 days. My SECOND visit required repair to one of my son’s iPhone 5 that had beyond a cracked screen, in fact pieces were missing from what had been the screen, it no longer responded to touch, and had sporadic vertical lines that would chase each other across the scarred surface of his precious device. The PROFESSIONALS at Wireless EMT assured me they would do ask they could and could I come back in an hour. When the hour was up, I returned and was immediately greeted by the friendly tech guys with the iPhone fully repaired, all problems safely in the past. The people that work at Wireless EMT may not be able to bring a water logged phone back from the Event Horizon that sooner or later all mobile devices plunge into, but then again, NOONEELSE can fix this issue either. Toilets, pools, and washing machines are the wooden stake through the heart of our beloved gadgets, so no, these guys can’t do the impossible. However, they can and do provide excellent service at a very reasonable price and with a smile and proper business etiquette! I will most assuredly be bringing in a broken Xbox, with the knowledge that it will be handled quickly, professionally, and with a smile. I strongly encourage anyone in need of mobile phone, tablet, or video game repair visit Wireless EMT in the Greendale Mall in Worcester, they will treat you right and and if they can’t fix it, it can’t be fixed! I’m exceedingly happy that this resource is only ten minutes from my home and conveniently located right off of I290. Thanks guys, you’re the best!

NOTFORWATERDAMAGE! My daughter dropped my iPhone in the toilet and I called these guys because I live in the Worcester area and didn’t want to drive into Boston to the more well known iPhone fix-it places. They told me they could handle it and I could go to any of their locations. I went to the Worcester location, which is a small store in the Greendale Mall. As soon as I walked in and told the guy it was dropped in the toilet about 2 hours ago he said he couldn’t help me and there was nothing he could do. He plugged it in and nothing came on the screen and he said to toss it and buy another one. I was pretty upset because they didn’t do any diagnostics or anything. He just said I’m sorry. I’m assuming these guys specialize in replacing batteries and cracked screens and that kind of thing. That is totally understandable. However, don’t tell me you fix water damage if you clearly do not. I ended up going home, putting the iPhone in a bag of rice and taking it to iFixYouri on Newbury St. in Boston the next day(Sunday). They said they don’t do water damage on Sunday but someone would call me the following day. I got a call on Monday and they told me the water killed the battery. They took the phone apart and cleaned everything and replaced the battery. I picked it up this afternoon and it works perfectly. $ 30 for water damage service plus $ 45 for a battery replacement(iPhone 4). Big thumbs down for Wireless EMT. Big thumbs up for iFixYouri.
