If you have to shell out big bucks to have your oil tank filled, you might as well find nice people to give your money to. That’s Reynolds!
Lisa, who works in the office, is kind, polite, and great on the phone. Customer service goes a long way with me, and she is a natural at that «dying art.»
NOTE: Just now, as I am writing this, Lisa just called me back and said, «I’m so sorry to bother you again.» I told her, «You are NOT a bother! I am actually writing a review on Unilocal about how nice you are!»
We also had our oil tank replaced a few years back, and Reynolds handled everything quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. They are definitely a company you can feel good about giving your money to.
