I love UGG. so much. This store had such a great selection of boots I was so surprised. The prices were the same as you would find online but the convenience of buying here is great. The store was really busy (as expected around Xmas time) but they had all different sizes and I was happy to see so many size 7’s still available. I would buy from here again in a heartbeat.

We bought my daughter’s Uggs here 4 months ago and they tore at a seam last week. Without the receipt and only showing our credit card they found our receipt and gave us a new pair under warranty. Great customer service!

On the up side, you can try the Uggs on and they are slightly cheaper than usual.
Cons: They do not carry the whole line of Uggs, in fact I think many of the models are discontinued. They only have what sizes they have and will not make calls to other stores for you. The prices are only slightly cheaper. E.g. $ 80 for Dakota slippers vs. the standard $ 100 online price. Finally, the customer service is terrible. I bought a pair of slippers. They were on one rack with slippers of a different kind. I asked the price and was told $ 80. I got up to the register and was told $ 100, despite the fact that all the slippers in the color I bought were on that side. They told me if they gave me the slippers for $ 80 it had to be a final sale. Okay, then of course when I get home and try them on, I realize they really are too small. I was able to return them, but not without a huge hassel. They marked the new slippers i got in red ink to prevent me from exchanging again! Seriously, if they are not worn who cares? Then I overheard them telling another lady she could have 10% off since she was buying the last pair in a style, but it had to be a final sale as well! This store will do whatever they can to make everything a final sale. When I am paying top dollar for slippers/​Ugg boots I expect to be able to at least exchange if I have any size problems. If you are not 100% sure, avoid this place.

This is in regard to their return policy. 30 days max even if a Christmas Present. After 30 days exchange or store credit only. Purchased boots 2 weeks ago saw them at Nordstrom’s same price and Nordstrom’s return policy will allow the boots to be returned after Christmas. What a novel idea to be able to return a Christmas present after Christmas. Brought the boots back to Ugg in Wrentham yesterday and got a full refund. Will go to Nordstrom and purchase the same boots for the same price.
