I absolutely love working with Monica!
I have to admit that sometimes it takes a couple days to receive a response from her, but that is due to the busy season and also the fact that she is a work-​from-​home (which isn’t easier) mom of 3 lil ones and one on the way!
Picture morning is always chaotic and demanding. Pack entertaining toys, change of clothes, have his crazy cowlicks tamed down, snacks, and hope and pray she gets some good shots.
Once on location– he is free to be himself. Being a mother herself, Monica is very in-​tune to the difficulties of coaxing an 18month old into doing certain tasks. So, he «fed» the ducks… dropping little pebbles from the bridge into the water below… he tossed the pumpkins I neatly arranged… And even when I thought she couldn’t have possibly gotten good shots– the end result made it hard to choose which photos I was going to order.
Monica never ceases to amaze me. Her turn around time was less than a week, and the proofs were emailed to me on the day that I really needed some cheering up!
