Awful customer service when calling for warranty work on multiple occasions. This last experience was the worst: would not listen to request or explanation, were rude, even the owner hanged up on me.

They came out to quote a fence repair for a cracked board caused by a car. They quoted for 3 boards but when the workers came out, they only repaired one. When I called to question this, the guy on the phone said the charge would have been the same regardless how many boards. This just seems like a very shady way of doing business.

Extremely happy with my new fence. Scott (owner) was very friendly and knowledgeable (I think he said they’ve been doing this since the early 80’s? A long time!) Materials and construction are all excellent quality and I felt I got a very good price. All the guys were fast and polite, and there was ALWAYS a foreman on site who spoke English. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone and I have no doubt that I will be enjoying this fence for many many (many) years!

A neighbor referred me and they came out to do an estimate. The guy who came out was nice enough and said he would have to look some things up and then would provide an estimate It’s been 3 months and still can’t get the estimate.
My husband has spoken to their office person multiple times and is always promised a return phone call but has never received one.
Disappointing and a waste of time.

They did my mom’s deck about a year ago and used crappy materials and refuse to come out for warranty work. I have seen better cutting work done by my three year old niece.

These guys were fantastic! We had them install an 8-​foot board-​on-​board fence with one gate. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and speed of their work. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and eager to please. Call these guys first!

When I started trying to get quotes for a new fence I was extremely discouraged after the first few contractors would not even come out to do an estimate. They either guessed based on looking my yard on Google Earth or asked me to measure each side and let them know.
Then I found out from my HOA that Wylie Fence was doing work for our neighborhood in partnership with the city. When I called Wylie Fence I was pleasantly surprised that a real person answered the phone and then set up an appointment with me. The contractor who came out to do the estimate was very courteous and took time to go through a couple of different options and the pros and cons of each.
I am always very concerned about safety when I have workers at my home and was glad to hear that Wylie fence does not subcontract the work to other companies. Also, Wylie Fence puts up a temporary fence the day they take your old fence down– it was perfect to keep my small dog from exploring the neighbors yards during construction.
I absolutely love my new 7 foot board on board fence. Privacy was a big factor in my choice for going with board on board and it really does cut down on the noise I hear from other yards. Also, the two gates that Wylie Fence installed are very well constructed and work beautifully.
