I’ve been here several tims so far and absolutely love it. Fresh ingredients, excellent customer service, fast, and tasty. For a mall food court eatery, this is one hidden gem in the berks area. Looking forward to going back over and over again! If you are tired of subway and want something different from eating chipotle everyday, give PITAPIT a try.

Ordered a Pita and a bottle of water. Food was okay and water is well, water. The reason I didn’t rate higher is because of the price. My pita and water came to almost $ 10 !!! Was in a state of shock almost. I didn’t realize(nor was I told) that cheese cost and extra dollar.

It was okay but I’ve had a better falafel sandwich. It seemed to be more bread then anything. I paid extra for additional hummos and there was barely any on the sandwich. They grill the falafel balls to warm them but then the hack them up into little pieces rather than leaving them as whole falafel balls. Bits fall out of the sandwich when you try to eat it. The flavor of the falafel itself is good. It would be nice to have tahini as a choice for a sauce, not all the bbq and assorted flavors. For a mall food court, it’s probably a healthy choice if you watch what you put in your sandwich. Overall I think I’ll stick with Aladdin in West Reading. Price on falafel sandwich is better and the falafel balls aren’t premade and reheated but made fresh when you order it.

Great food for a good price. Straightforward and fresh ingredients, and the pitas are big! Great place to get a lot of food for not too much money, and healthy food!
