The young short girl with hair in a bun and long jacket is extremely rude and ignorant. She has absolutely no idea how to speak to customers. She lost my purchase tonight and future purchases. She shouldn’t be in retail or sales. She needs another line of work, and Victoria’s Secret should be ashamed of themselves for not providing her training, not monitoring her behavior with customers and not coaching her.

They haven’t achieved 5 star status due to their inconsistency and lack of merchandise (although I was offered an alternative).
However, on this particular visit, everyone was pretty nice even though I only talked to the cashier.
Hopefully they are on their way to improve their customer service because some visits I get nothing but attitude.
