Went tonight with friends, Pad Thai Shrimp was good although prepared differently than we normally get, more like«orange type sauce» Miso was excellent. Our friends had sushi and sweet and sour chicken they enjoyed. Prices were fair, service was excellent.

Wow delicious dumplings, they are big and thick and chicken fried rice was exactly what I was craving. I only got take out but the décor in the restaurant was very nice. I will bring some friends next time and done in!

Friendly service from Peter and his family. Truly a pleasure to dine here, although food is not cheap, the restaurant itself is quite clean and the food is better quality than your average Chinese food restaurant, so I settle with the slight price bump. The crispy golden walnut shrimp has me going back for more along with their sushi. Interior décor is modern and the orchid waterfall walls are a great way to provide privacy when it gets busy.

Such a disappointment. The hot and sour soup was great and that was it! Pan fried dumplings were so thick they were more like pancakes. Then the wait began. We went at 5 so we could get out and go to a movie. The waitress had trouble communicating and clearly lost our order, she NEVER came back to the table. After asking 3 times it came out and was COLD! We had watched the table next to us send their food back twice, so clearly that did not work. We laughingly said we take the extra dumplings, they threw them out. It is a shame because the place is nice inside, the menu looks good but I believe they focus on take out NOT on the customers sitting there. I hope they read this and fix the issues.

I loved Golden China! I just moved to the area and was looking for some Chinese and Japanese food. I ordered the Salmon Teriyaki and had the Hot and Sour Soup. Everything I had was delicious and flavorful. The portions were great. I will definitely be coming here a lot!

Bland and flavorless and pricey! Sushi is mediocre but at least they deliver. Which I always regret after I’ve eaten.

The restaurant location is good; not a high traffic area and plenty of parking. The food was delicious! We ordered the samosa, vegetable pakora, and papdi chaat for appetizers and they were all very tasty. They give you a TON of papadum(for all you papadum lovers). For dinner, we ordered the paneer tikka masala, malai kofta, tadka daal, and aloo palak. Everything was delectable! Also, nothing was overly spicy. The service was quick, and everyone is very welcoming! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Ok first this place was hard to find on GPS since it is in industrial park. But the secrete hiding spot well worth it, Chinese, Japanese and Thai food. Cozy atmosphere nice waterfalls clean décor, the staff was friendly and fast services. Ok now the food nice portions and good prices, ok some dishes were a bit pricey but felt food was awesome. We had orange chicken so delicious chicken was so tensor overall look was nice colorful. Also tried sushi it was great as well I recommend trying this out you will enjoy. They don’t have fountain soda cans only but free hot tea was good.

Comfortable and clean atmosphere, efficient staff and good food, this is one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area. As a plus both Japanese and Thai dishes are offered on an extensive menu. I appreciate the table linens, presentation and attentive service which enhance the meal, rather than detract from the«food». My standards are high dinning Chinese — I am always pleased and recommend that you give it a try.

We just recently moved into the area and we were looking for a good Chinese restaurant, thank God we ran into this place! After trying a couple, this is by far the best Chinese food in the area. The service is always fast, delivery is super fast, and the food is delicious. We always order the General Tsos chicken, hunan beef, and a couple of appetizers and I kid you not, we are never disappointed.

Excellent lunch service and food on Saturday. Half price sushi was very fresh and presented well. Ordered lunch specials, sesame chicken made with real juicy chicken breast meat, Thai shrimp and beef dishes were very tasty with fresh veggies, lomein was authentic. Wonton and hot and sour soups were very good to start off. Waiters were very attentive and always topped your water glasses. Very clean and peaceful seating area. Highly recommend.

The food is delicious. That is the most important part. Generous portions! Upscale atmosphere. We are coming back with friends! My girlfriend got the pad Thai and loved it. I got the shrimp teriyaki bento box. Wow that’s a lot of food and delicious. Prices are fair. If you like Chinese, sushi or Thai food try this place.

We’ve been here several times and so far, we’ve never had a bad experience! This place is absolutely delicious! It’s definitely not the best Chinese food I’ve ever had, but I’d say this is easily the best Asian restaurant anywhere in the area. Our normal orders include orange beef, pork fried rice, spring rolls, wonton soup, pad thai and something from the sushi bar. All of the food is extremely flavorful and delicious. Our favorite sushi roll is the summer roll – I love the mango sauce on top! I also love the combination of Asian cuisines– there’s selections of Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and some Thai food on the menu, all of which are delicious. I definitely recommend. Also, a great bonus – they deliver! :D

No more buffet. They stopped it for some reason. The buffet was what made this place special. I’m really sorry to see this change which requires dropping a star.

This is graded on a sliding scale, since obviously this restaurant would be a joke in Manhattan, etc. but for decent Chinese and fake Japanese with a touch of health consciousness in the suburbs, look no further than Golden China. They have a popular lunch buffet which serves all the staples but mixes it up with some creamy rolls. I ordered from the menu and did some vegetarian rolls, a delicious vegetable and bean curd soup(highly recommended), and some edamame. They use fake wasabi and low-grade ginger, but the rolls were otherwise fresh and made in the traditional maki fashion(seaweed paper on outside), which was a pleasant shock. Service was very attentive and accommodating. There is a «healthy» section to the menu. The décor is bog-standard Chinese joint with a touch of suburban boredom instead of Disney-esque macabre China. It’s been about 5 years since I’ve last visited Golden China prior to writing this review, and they still haven’t fixed one of the broken doors out front which seems to be jammed shut. That about summarizes this place. One door works, and it works well.

This review reflects only the lunch buffet and service surrounding it. In a sequence of odd/violative behavior from the moment we walked in: ~ Although the place was almost empty, the greeter walked us to a booth right next to the only other occupants of the restaurant. We relocated ourselves so all of us could have some privacy, but new customers were continually brought to the same area and seated too close to each other. The remainder of the floor remained unoccupied. I realize this is a Chinese custom, but here it is not cool. VIOLATION. ~ The buffet looks great, yet although we were making our choices shortly after 12, everything placed on my plate was at best warm, and at worst, room temperature. Nothing I tried was heated to the right temperature range. VIOLATION ~ One of the managers came out of the kitchen to check what was needed. She was not dressed for kitchen work, nor did she wear gloves as she handled the food and utensils, pushing the contents of the chaffing dishes around to make room for more. VIOLATION ~ As we were eating our first round of food, and long before we were finished, a wait person dropped off the bill in the plastic billfold. Not only was it «served» way too early, but it was placed right next to our plates full of food. The table was otherwise empty, and there was plenty of space for it to be laid an appropriate distance from our plates. Not a word was said, and the male server seemed almost hostile. We relocated it to the opposite corner of the table away from us. VIOLATION I hesitate to consider what goes on with the sushi. No seconds today, thanks.

Used to be my go-to delivery for Chinese, but their delivery prices IMO are out of control. I switched to only order from them if I wanted sushi, and ordered from Plum Garden(who gives more food). Food: 99% of the time very good. They have very good sushi. Their Pad Thai is also pretty good. I have ordered lots of different from their menu and liked everything I have gotten. They also have a nice buffet. Décor: Nice and open and has a nice water wall thing that has a nice white noise sound. Service: Always fast and prompt. One time they did bring me the wrong roll, I brought it to their attention, and they just apologized. They did not take the roll off the bill or bring me the correct one. On Chinese New year, they did give me(and every table), this pretty little gold bunny bank with jewels on it filled it Chinese Candies. Crowd: Again it being Yardley, and being so close to Sesame Place sometimes you get tables with unruly kids. Not cool. They’re OK, but their prices just keep going up and up.
