Local breakfast/lunch joint. Nothing fancy just good breakfast in a nice clean place. Prepared well, quick, and inexpensive with a great attitude. Come here is you want traditional breakfast items, decent bottomless coffee, and a casual atmosphere.

Excellent breakfast weekday special! 2 eggs, hash browns, toast for only 2.99(I highly recommend adding onions and peppers to your hash browns for only .25 cents extra). Good eats there!

My husband and I will not return here. Though there were only 6 tables of 2 people eating, in an establishment which seems to seat about 60 people, we were served water and then did not receive service again. In the 10 minutes we sat patiently waiting to give our order(menus closed in the middle of the table), I watched about 4 servers and 2 busers help others, text on their phones, stand behind the counter laughing/eating/watching their other tables, but no one looked our way. It was not busy by any means. For an African American couple who’ve lived in Yardley(89% white) for less than 24hrs, this experience left a bad impression. Sadly.

Another one of our favorite local breakfast stops.(Our most recent visit was the day after Christmas.) The staff is friendly, the coffee flows freely, the food is consistently good(the pancakes are outstanding), the portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. There is a convenient parking lot behind the restaurant with access to the rear of the establishment.

Food is good, but staff always seems a bit unorganized especially at the register when paying. I will say servers are always friendly. The worst for me is the time i always have to wait for my food. I did a pick up this morning and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes… 20 minutes later I was finally getting my order.

So Stopped in here on a Saturday morning for breakfast. It was packed and very loud. They have a out side where you can sit and have breakfast, there was a few people out there and it seemed a lot more quiet then on the inside, When you arrive Park in the back of Mil-Lee’s they have a huge parking lot. And you can enter the Diner to from the back of the parking lot. Even though it was crowded I was still seated within about 5 minutes after arriving so that’s still not too bad, Waited about 10 min just to be waited on at the Table, another 5 min for my coffee and 15 min for my food. So average of 30 min for everything. Still think for a place that gets the business that this places does for a weekend they can add few more waiters. I wound up getting the weekend specials for $ 6.50, The Pecan French toast with bacon. It was delicious, Gives you 3 nice size peices of French toast with 3 peices of bacon. Definitely enough food. Coffee was okay. Nothing to wow over. Other then the service, everything was good. I will definitely be back for breakfast again. Just will be on weekday morning…

After living in the area for seven years we finally made it to Mil’s. I am sorry I waited so long. A country dinner place, it was warm an inviting. I had the short stack of cinnamon apple pancakes, which were great. The elder son had bacon and eggs. The home fries are a must with peppers and onions. The little one went for the chocolate chip pancakes. Everything was fresh and made fast. Brought home bacon egg and cheese for the wife, which she said was delicious. I highly suggest this place. Breakfast for four that is $ 35.00 with a good tip. That’s my kind of place.

Knowing their customer base will grab for the big bottle of ketchup, salt and pepper, before they even bring fork to their plate, is why this place doesn’t waste any time adding flavor or innovation to their food. Thats foresight.

Mil-Lee’s is your typical diner in a small dining room in Yardley. It is fairly small and the dining room is very basic, but I do have to admit, the place feels welcoming and cozy when you are there for morning brunch. That’s always a plus. Overall, the food is typical diner fair and there really is nothing special about the food. Mil-Lee’s is fairly inexpensive and certainly worth your time. Just don’t expect to be wowed by it though.

I run a Brunch Club with 80 members. If you want to see just how good a restaurant is, take a large party there. You’ll be surprised at how the wait staff at your favorite spot seems to give everyone the stinky eyeball. Not at Mil-Lee’s though. Mil-Lee’s is a gem tucked into downtown Yardley. And to think, I’ve lived here a decade and had never discovered it until I created a brunch club. We had a large party, and they were very accommodating. The owners were exceptionally friendly and we all felt welcomed there. We are kind of a loud bunch, and it was nice that they asked us to come back again. We will. The food was good too. I had an Italian sausage Ouellette, but I asked for it scrambled because I don’t like omelets. If I ever invite guests from out of town and take them to breakfast, Mil-Lee’s will be the place that I take them. They are one of only 6 restaurants on our rotation, Erwin’s, Mil-Lee’s, Garden of Eatin’, Moshe and Itsy’s, and Great American. We have tried about 15, but a lot of them employed the stinky eyeball, so they are off the rotation. I have only given one bad review here, for a lady that was uncalled for rude– the Edgewood Café in Yardley.

Tried out Mil-Lee’s for the first time this past weekend as we had a friend visiting who really wanted to get breakfast. Mil-Lee’s does not disappoint! Cute, small diner atmosphere, friendly staff, easy and ample off-street parking behind the building. The breakfast was great and very reasonably priced, especially considering the large portions. They have the shreddy kind of hasbrowns(think IHOP type) rather than chunky potatoes, and I love the shreddy type, which is often hard to find at non-chain diners. The lunch menu also looked good with equally good prices. Place seemed family-friendly as well. Looking forward to coming back again sometime soon!

What else can you expect from a place that calls itself a Luv-Inn Diner? Luv-Inn food of course! Mil Lee’s is located in the 3 blocks that is Yardley cutesey downtown area. All the historical charm of the nieghborhood is condensed nicely into this diner. There are lots of locals, and my hubby and I as the token Latinos, having a calm breakfast on a weekend. There is plenty of seating and no wait, which was lovely and unheard of in places nearby like Charcoal. Promptly our strong coffee was poured and our server put in our order. There is nothing too fancy on the menu, just some hearty American food that will get you through the day. My hubby orderd the blueberry pancakes which he wasn’t too fond of, but I thought had good fluffy texture, just no umpf to them. I ordered a breakfast platter that came out cooked very well, with a side of hashbrowns with the works. Prices of the plates were standard to a diner, I think what really makes this place so charming is it’s small country feel. Our service was decent, my coffee was always full and our food came to the table at a decent amount of time. This is very family friendly place, or a good place to have lunch and finish ready a good book. Overall I would return, this is a nice establishment with no frills, but no complaints either.

I’ve returned to Mil-Lee’s a couple of times over the past year. Have to say that the breakfasts have been consistently very good with overflowing plate and excellent friendly service. The coffee has a nice bite. The Sausage, Onion, Pepper Omelet I had today was tasty and filling. The accompanying Home Fries were too much to finish. It is time to add the Luv-Inn to my short list of breakfast favorites on my way to court in Trenton. I should have bounced to 4 Stars before this.

Wow what an unexpected surprise! Place was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is great! It is like a small town family friendly restaurant, and to top it off it is not expensive at all! I had an eggs Benedict with home fries with onions and peppers and a coffee, and my friend had cinnamon banana waffle with an orange juice, both were amazing and all for about $ 20! Would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

To all the negative reviews: Look, nobody is coming to Mil-Lee’s because they have gourmet, fat-free, or straight-from-the-garden anything. Do you turn your nose up at anything made with white flour? Go somewhere else. Do you think it’s unacceptable to use non-organic veggies in a wrap? Go somewhere else. Do you think butter is the devil’s spawn? Go. Somewhere. Else. Mil-Lee’s is amazing. It’s super hearty food. It’s ginormous portions. It’s incredibly kind staff who have been there for decades and really CARE if you’re enjoying yourself. It’s an atmosphere that hasn’t changed since the 60s. And it all comes complete with an owner who runs the register and absolutely beams when you tell him the food was exceptional. THAT’s why you come to Mil-Lee’s. And when you do, get peppers and onions in your home fries. You’re welcome.

I really enjoyed my trip to Mil-Lee’s. The food is fresh, the environment is just right and I am assuming for a cold day in Pennsylvania, this place would be even better. The prices are awesome, service is great, and just a good place for breakfast. Can’t really sum it up anymore than that!

This is a great little local ‘diner’(it’s really in a converted house) that my wife and I love to go to for breakfast. It’s friendly and the food is good. It’s a nice way to spend a Saturday or Sunday morning having breakfast(I usually get the cream chipped beef over a corn muffin… I’m still waiting for them to put it on the menu) and my wife likes the pancakes or eggs. We just find this place warm and relaxing. Nothing gourmet, just good food.
