Terrible. 1.5 hours for food. Not enough pitchers to serve drinks. Wrong items served. Manager was in the kitchen cooking. He is awful. Manager was yelling at our waitress. Food was bland. Avoid.

Best pizza place in Yardley! We eat here often(eat-in & take-out). Food is always good, staff & owners are very friendly.

My husband and I loved venezia for years. Lately we have been severely disappointed. Three times in a row our order has been incorrect or unappealing. First, we ordered a pie and two slices on the side. When we arrived, they tried to charge us for 3 pies because they got the order wrong. The second incident we ordered a pie that was so greasy and sloppy that it was unedible and our order of calamari had less than 10 rings that were rubbery and gross. The last straw was when I ordered two veal parms over the phone. The person taking our order said they were out of veal so I switched to chicken. When my husband arrived they claimed I never ordered even though I clearly did because I knew they didn’t have veal. We were once loyal customers and we will never go to here again

I’ve been coming here since I moved to the area over 16 years ago, tried all the local pizza places like villa rosa and carlucis and they don’t compare I’ve never not had a great pizza from here fresh ingredients crispy thin crust pure pizza heaven, little cozy atmosphere nothing huge not too busy it’s a must try

We’ve been coming to Venezia’s for as long as I can remember and they’ve never disappointed! They’ve become our regular pizza destination every week. The service is always great, the two owners are as sweet as can be, and the food is superb. You can’t really base your experience here off of the by-the-slice pizza, because it really doesn’t do this place justice. Our favorite dish, by far, is the brooklyn pizza. You have to order the brooklyn and eat it fresh in the restaurant. It’s easily one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had(and take-out doesn’t do it justice. Eat it while it’s hot!) Another thing Venezia excels at is their cheesesteaks(or their hot subs in general). I’ve lived in the area my whole life and I’m definitely no stranger to the Philly cheesesteak. I have to say, their cheesesteak definitely ranks in my list of best cheesesteaks(even if it doesn’t come with whiz). Other appetizers we’ve had that we love include ravioli, vodka rigatoni, any of their«parm» subs(chicken, meatball, veal, eggplant, etc), and lasagna. This place is easily one of my favorite to eat at and I would say is hands down the best pizza shop in Bucks County.

I have been coming here since they opened a long, long time ago and it still holds up as my favorite pizza shop in the Delaware Valley. You can always count on being served a slice or a pie wth a thin, crispy crust. The sauce is more savory/less sweet than what folks might be accustomed to in the Philly area. I would say that it is probably closer to what you might expect in Trenton or NYC. And they don’t go lightly on the cheese. The chicken cheesesteaks are also pretty incredible so don’t miss out on those when you visit.

Excellent take-out pizza. The ingredients seem to be high quality and fresh, and they do a good job of balancing and properly cutting ingredients. The cheese steaks, while not the best in the region, are quite good. The buffalo chicken cheese stuck is one of their highlights. I enjoy their subs as well. The prices are a bit steep, but the quality compared to some other stores in the area draws a loyal customer base. I’d avoid buying individual slices outside of lunch, as they tend to be a bit old by dinner time.

I have ordered entrees, pizza, salads and cheesesteaks and all have been great. However, the price point is a bit high. Carlucci’s Express offers entrees with a salad; Venezia does not include a salad. Carlucci’s also has more choices for entrees(take out). I do think that Venezia makes better salads. The grilled chicken strip salad is amazing and plentiful. The pizza is also very good but depends on the toppings. Sometimes the pizza is over done. It also depends on how much time the owner(I’m assuming it’s the owner) spends talking to people about his Ferrari and other useless things. If I am waiting and my food is sitting there because you are too busy talking and not working, I don’t like that. But the quality of food is very good.

Went there for a quick lunch before football game. I got two slices with two toppings and a drink and it cost $ 9.50. I wouldn’t mind paying that but it was soggy and too thin of crust. It kept falling apart, it didn’t even have good flavor or a lot of cheese. The best part of lunch was the soda. Would not go back again

This is a review of Plain Pizza Slices served at lunch. While the reheat did a good job firming/crisping the crust so that the point held up and provided a firm bite, the remainder of the experience was somewhat of a letdown. The sauce was on the salty side, while I prefer a sweeter, more basil flavor tone. The cheese was ample, but without much taste to contribute to overall dining pleasure. Two slices and a soft drink came in under $ 7.00, but the same can be had a several other places for at least a buck less. Reviews say that their cheesesteak is the way to go at Venezia, but when the standard tomato pie is so ordinary and uninspired, I would not elect to return to give something else a try. There are too many better choices in the vicinity. Venezia does not make the cut for a quality pizza slice.

Go to place for cheese steaks! I don’t know what it is but so good!(I’m from out of town and cheese steaks back home don’t taste like this.) Freindly service. Got pasta and pizza here too but I always go back for the cheese steaks.

So none of the over priced entrees come with soup or salad, just the 3 specials, which are vegetarian, which are not very special. The complimentary bruschetta was good, which got it an extra star on the rating. The gnocchi special may have been good but my wife saw the owner throw the gnocchi into the bowl without gloves, which dropped the star it gained earlier, so that was a waste of $ 13. My chicken finger sandwich, I mean chicken Parmesan sandwich was close to below average. When the bill came, yet another surprise. Apparently water costs as much as a nice tea. $ 27 for an average gnocchi dinner, terrible sandwich and an ice tea, believe it! Overall, the place was busy, but I don’t know when I would come back to over pay for ok food.

I’ve lived around the corner from this place over 8 years. The Brooklyn pizza is the best in the area. Great pie, great sauce, great food. One of the more expensive pizzerias but well worth it.

Having just moved into Yardley, my first stop was a pizza place of course. Venezia restaurant did not disappoint. I started off with the spicy fries which are very good, and a slice of pizza. The pizza was a touch bland, but still tasty. I have been back for the fries and get pizza here from time to time. The staff is routinely friendly, and worth paying a few extra bucks for their food.

I came in for lunch the other day and was charged a lot more than what I felt I was buying. If you charge someone this much money, you can expect the quality of the food to be top-notch and fresh too, however it was not. Good: 1. Their Sicilian and buffalo slices tasted good. 2. Friendly staff Bad: 1. 4 slices, 3 knots, and a drink cost me over 16 dollars.(two gourmet slices and two Sicilian slices, a small soda…) I could have paid for a whole pie and it would have been fresher than what they served to me. 2. They don’t itemize their receipts so you don’t really know what you’re paying for. You get a check with scribbles on it and the output of an adding machine /old cash drawer. 3. Their Cheese steak slices appeared to be steak-um type steak + slices of American cheese put on top, $ 3.00 a slice. 4. Their Buffalo slices are $ 3.00 a slice. 5. Their Sicilian slices are $ 3.00 a slice. 6. Their crust is as thin as you can get. A+ skill on using the least amount of dough to make a pie. The crust at the end of the slice was hard and inedible though(This might not be the case for a fresh pie, I was eating ala carte from the display window.) 7. They may have charged me for tap water(Unclear and may not be true, as the receipt did not tell me!). 8. The knots were not really fresh tasting. Constructive Criticism: Although it is your liberty to charge what you want for your products(Especially for the community you are in), take note that some people will look at their check, some may not understand it, compare the price to the food, and they will never come back, and maybe they’ll have enough nerve to write a Unilocal review about it.

We have been going here about 6 years. The ingredients of their pizza are vety good quality. It probably doesn’t hurt that they are both from Italy, as is much of the staff. Cheesesteaks are my sons’ favorites in the area. I like the chicken w spinach and garlic. Tomato pies are lucious. Husband loves their lasagna. First tried Villa Rosa when we moved here. Moving men would only eat their pepperoni, sausage there was disgusting. Mannino’s was pretty good, very cheesy, but pepperoni bland. Tried several others, but felt Venezia’s was the best. When we bring it home, we use a pizza stone for heating. They insist the micro kills the crust. Personally, I now agree and I love the marguerita pizza and tomato pie the best. Good friendly service, they remember you if you come in a few times, too.
