Stepped off the bike trail to buy a drink here because my son was thirsty. He asked for water and they sold him vitaminwater, which he didn’t like. He went back in to ask for a glass of ice water after already having made a $ 2 purchase and they forced him to buy a $ 2.25 bottle of water.

Constantly mess up my coffee just like every other D&D bad service no one gives a crap. They can’t get the concept of one sugar.

Very good customer service here at the DD I can’t complain to much. There’s parking in the back and two entrances. The workers here are very friendly and very cheerful it’s a great way to start your morning

A typical DD like any other, however this one gets very busy very quickly due to its proximity to the highways. When that happens, they become very slow and sometimes orders get mixed up. Plenty of seating indoors to relax and enjoy your food. Downside, the place gets bombarded by kids who hang out in the parking lot during weekend nights. They just loiter for hours on end. Other than that, not a bad place

Since it’s really close to my home, I come here a lot. Average dunkin donuts… but donuts selection is really limited. And most of the time, the donuts are stale. Service? mediocre… the employees don’t even want to be there, why would I want to be there? During peak hours, they take forever! Honestly, even during normal hours, they take forever. Also, this is the hangout spot for most teenagers, so I don’t really like going later at night because they’re all just sitting in there, causing a fuss. Why can’t there be a normal Dunkin Donuts where employees are happy and they serve good donuts?! Sigh…

It’s a Dunkin Donuts. The coffee is reliably awesome and during peak hours they are reasonably staffed, friendly and fast. The only negative is that parking in the lot is at a premium during peak times and there is no drive-thru so sometimes this is not the most convenient location to stop for a cup. On the other hand, this location includes a baskin robins and has about 6 tables, so there’s room to sit and take a break.

The thing about franchises, is that while the ingredients may be the same, the end result can differ significantly. Stopped in while passing by. Next time I will just pass bt

One of the perks of living in Southern California is not having the temptation of Dunkin Donuts on nearly every block. But when in NY, I totally cave — in fact it’s often the first place I go after arriving at the airport. We made the enormous mistake of stopping at this particular DD. Of all the DDs in NY we could have chosen, this has to be one of the worst. We arrived around 11PM. Yes, by normal standards this is late, but Dunkin Donuts is one of those rare companies you can rely on to have a fresh stock at such a late hour. There were 5 donuts. Not 5 varieties of donuts, but five total donuts. The flavors? Chocolate cherry(WTF?!), Old Fashioned(blech!) and Glazed(meh.) I asked if they were making more. The cashier said no more for the day(even though they’re open 24 hours.) I asked, you only have 5 donuts for the remainder of the night? He nodded. I asked, what time does the«Time to Make the Donuts Man» arrive? He didn’t get the reference. So, already a huge disappointment. I ordered two small coffees and 3 cruddy donuts. I was charged $ 7.02, $ 7.02 for two small coffees and 3 donuts!!! Come on now. The other thing — and this is bizarre — there were at least 15 – 20 men in their late 20s, early 30s, goofing off in there.(Maybe they ate all the good donuts.) It was as if the Sopranos gang gave up the Bada Bing and settled on Dunkin Donuts. Remember when you were in high school and couldn’t get into bars so you hung out and goofed off at diners, etc? Well, it’s like these guys never grew out of that stage. And now they’re in their early 30s, still razzing each other the way high schoolers do. Smoking in the parking lot. Imagine if the Jersey Boys were banned from every bar in Yonkers and had to hang out at Dunkin Donuts. During the short time we were there — we saw two police cruisers roll through the parking lot, flashing their lights. There is definitely something sketchy about that. Avoid.
