Napa Auto Parts

I can not say I’m an expert at auto parts, but just needed to pick up some windshield wipers. Not very busy and parking was easy. There was about four or five guys working. Helpful in finding the proper wiper blades needed. Recommended that I buy the more expensive ones (of course), but in the end he was right.
While checking out, I mentioned I was a Boston fan. The man serving me was so excited he yelled profanity at his co-​workers. I don’t find myself being a prude, but this was a bit unprofessional. Just felt like the guy was perpetuating a stereotype of mechanic types and Boston fans. Oh well… would go back for simple auto parts needs… A bit pricey, but it is the New York area…

This was one of the worst car experiences I have had! Not only was the battery that I purchased wayyy over priced the unfriendly, sour, unhelpful employees (4 on staff at the time) would not help me install the battery. They offered useless tools after no fewer than 4 trips back inside and no tips on what to do with said tool. I am not mechanical and was clearly distressed and confused. My car was entirely dead, so I had to call AAA to come and replace the battery against their policy. I am used to working with the kind folks at Autozone who not only know about cars, but will help you install any item you purchase from them, and especially a $ 110 battery! I will never go to this auto store again and will be sure to tell others of the extremely negative treatment I had at their locale.
