Healthy Living Pharmacy

Feeling generous, hence the 1 Star.
I waited at the postal counter for over 20 minutes for the employee/​pharmacist to walk in late for work. When I arrived just after 9AM, the store was open, but neither person inside could help at the USPS desk. To add insult to injury, once she finally arrived, she waited on the gentleman who had just walked in ahead of her, instead of waiting on me. She insisted on filling his prescription before waiting on me. He apologized to me, and I replied that I was not upset with him. He said he had previously called twice, and that they were completely disorganized and still had not filled his prescription. I’m not sure if she waited on him first because they make more money with the pharmacy service, than they do the postal service. Regardless, this poorly run, disorganized business has seen the last of me. Never wasting my time there again. SMH

Why? Would you go to a big box store pharmacy? Your just a number! I walk in this place and it’s hi! Mr — the staff is friendly and professional in fact I look forward to the several times a month I go there! This place reminds me of the old days when a pharmacist was friendly caring and helpful! Ok I’m an old guy. But this kind of service is hard to find! Oh ya! My wife a retired nurse who also worked in the hospital dispensing drugs once told new «the owner is one of the best Pharmacist she’s seen in the 25 yrs as a Nurse! This place gets 10 stars! I’m Dave a fire tech and live in Yorba Linda and admire this establishment!

Each time I visit the Healthy Living Pharmacy I am impressed with them even more. They are extremely pleasant but more importantly they are very good at what they do. They go to a lot of extra work to make sure I have the information I need to best manage my health issues. They know our name and our medical situation without hesitation. It is really wonderful to have a neighborhood pharmacy that is everything you could hope for and more!

This is the worst customer service ever. Ordered a hospital bed to be delivered in a week, screwed up the order. Tried to have it redelivered the following Monday for use on Tuesday, no phone calls, wouldn’t return my calls for any status. No one could answer when or where. Staff from nursing home called and we were promised 15 minute delivery. Never showed or called. Blamed it on driver not having a phone.
Chose another company and they delivered it within three hours that day.

Very friendly staff. You can tell they care about their customers, unlike some pharmacies I have had experience with. It is also nice because they will deliver your meds right to your doorstep, great idea for post operative patients.

This is a review of the post office located inside the Pharmacy.
All I gotta say about this place is that they have the worst service ever. And that’s saying a lot since we’re talking about the post office here where most USPS employees could care less. I’ve gotten better service at the DMV!
You walk in there and there’s never anyone ever working the counter. You end up waiting for 5 – 10 minutes before anyone at the Pharmacy even acknowledges you. Both times I’ve been in there I’ve walked in without anyone so much as look at me. I’ve waiting and rung the service bell without anyone coming and both times I’ve had to walk up to the Pharmacy counter only to have this rude female Pharmacist give me a smug look as if I was interrupting her not so busy day to ask for service.
I really don’t get this place, it seems like a family run Pharmacy that doesn’t want to bother with the post office service. If it’s so much trouble then they should just stop providing that service. Otherwise they need to work on their customer service and improve how they run their business.
Don’t bother going here, just drive the extra 10 minutes down the road to the real post office. It’s better then wasting your time here and dealing with their poor service.

This pharmacy is incredible. I love that they know who I am; this aspect of it makes it feel more like a family. They are very efficient and they have awesome customer service! Thanks Healthy Living!

I love going to a pharmacy and having the pharmacist know your name, ask about your family and be aware of how all medications affect you and whether new medications will not mix. They know which meds I need name brand vs. generic and if they don’t have the meds on hand, they will pass your prescription to a pharmacy of your choice where you can pick them up immediately… or they will get the medication for you by the next day if at all possible. They have no problem calling your doctor to request refills for you or to check dosages.
The only problem with using a small hometown pharmacy is that of course, their hours cannot compete with the big ²⁴⁄₇ places. I give that up in a heartbeat though for the amazing personal care I receive here.

If you ever wounder how an independent pharmacy can compete with the «big guys», a visit to this one and you will find out why.

Great customer service; the aids are very nice and accommodating. And… they deliver for free. What could be better than that? This is a nice, neighborhood pharmacy. The co-​pays are the same as they would be at the larger pharmacies… why stand in line at CVS or Rite-​Aid and be a number when you can walk in and be greeted by name?
Only downside is they are closed on Sundays and close early on Saturdays.

Wonderful and knowledgeable customer service. Stopped by to check this new pharmacy out and had lots of questions about a vaccine and some medications. Sheetal Amin took a lot of time with me to answer questions and make sure that I understood. They are also a compounding pharmacy and are a U.S. Post Office. Why would you go anywhere else?
