Quick service, fast turn around. And friendly staff doesn’t’ hurt either. If you ask for next day pickup it’s never a problem or extra.

I used this cleaner for normal things and never had a problem until I brought my custom made drapes in to be dry cleaned. When I went to pick them up I was told there was a delay and to come back in 2 days. When I came back I was horrified to find that they had totally ruined my drapes. They didn’t dry clean them as I had asked but laundered them. The blackout lining melted in the dryer. The owner’s wife told me it was because they were too old. I went to my car & called the company who made them and they said the lining wouldn’t do that unless they had put them in an extremely hot dryer. I went back in & told the owner’s wife what they had said.
As a means to correct the problem they had already ripped the lining completely from all the drapes. Their plan was to replace the lining. She told me she would only charge me for the minimal fee for cleaning them. At this point I was even more speechless. I told her I wasn’t paying her a dime for cleaning them. In fact according to my receipt she owed me up to $ 400.00 for destroying my drapes. She panicked & said her husband will be real mad. I said so will my husband because these drapes go in his study. I told her I would not sue her for them but that I had every right to be compensated. I figured they are a small business & times are hard.
I walked out & went home to face my husband. He wasn’t as understanding as I was but let it go. I was disappointed that the lady didn’t at least offer me free dry cleaning for a limited time or something anyway to show she was sorry.
I ordered vertical blinds & hung the drapes up in the interim, even though they had shrunk at least 6″ in length too.
I will NEVER go back there again. VERY UNSATISFIED!!!

Great cleaners, owners are very kind and friendly. Located in the Henry’s Market shopping center next to starbucks.

Conveniently located, next to Starbucks, and across from Henri’s Market. However, it is too expensive. For six items of suit pieces, almost 40 bucks.
