I will not go anywhere else. Went to Supercuts forever. Why, I don’t know. Extremely friendly barbers who do an outstanding job with my hair. A major plus in my book. My four year old son loves coming here for his haircut and that’s saying a lot. Place does get busy, but is worth the wait.

The new owner brightened up the place, a much-needed improvement. The AC is most welcome. Josie gave me a great haircut and was friendly and made the experience more pleasant than a typical haircut. The young Asian man whose name I don’t know also is a fine barber. Highly recommended.

Was a really good place to go when Tony was the owner. Now, under new Managment place has gone down. Kicked me out because they said I had lice. I asked my wife(she’s a doctor) and said it was just dandruff. Tried to call to get an apology and they just hung up on me.

I have been coming here for last one year. But 2 weeks ago, I noticed that the ownership changed. I used to get haircut from Natasha. Does anyone know where she went?

Nick does an awesome job. Looks like Tony is no longer the owner, and so the price point has gone up a bit. That’s the reason I docked a star. Everything else is great. Fast and precise. Second time Nick has cut my hair and he’s consistent.

I went to Tony’s yesterday to get a haircut and was shocked to see that the place was closed! Regulars know that Tony is there 7 days a week. I didn’t know what to do because Tony has been cutting my hair for the last 4 years. I asked next door at the donut shop and they told me they heard that Tony sold the business. From the outside, it looked like the place was out of business. I could not believe it! Anybody who has been to Tony knows that besides being funny as hell, the guy can cut your hair exactly the way that you ask him to. Anyone who wasn’t satisfied probably didn’t explain to them clearly what they wanted. Later in the day, what do you know I ran into Tony at the supermarket. He told me that he had to take care of some personal issues out of the country, but that he would be back in the area afterward and would be opening another barber shop in the near future. He gave me his e-mail address if anyone wants to contact him, If you know him you’ll get a kick out of that! He is an old-timer, and a great guy and I am looking forward to him getting back and reopening. In the meantime, I need to look for another barber temporarily… Or maybe I’ll just grow my hair out… lol

Only 3 barbers but they seemed to all know their stuff. I waited in the seating area till Nick called me up. He was quick and to the point. He understood what I wanted and gave me the cut that I usually get for half the price I usually get it for. All in all, I will definitely be coming back.

My Mom is a cosmetology trained salon hair dresser. She has cut my hair for years. Cosmetology training does not really cross over into straight up barbering. These guys are old school. I’m talking straight razor, edge clean up and hot oil neck rubs. You don’t see this quality for $ 14 very often. I recccomned them for your barbershop needs. Tony the owner is no nonsense and no frills. What you do get from him is quality work. He doesn’t really like small talk or chit chat so I can see how he comes across as kind of mean as some of these reviews stated. He just wants to cut your hair and that is it. He isn’t Floyd the barber from The Andy Griffith Show. He just cuts your hair. He is not going to be your buddy.

I too am looking for Nina for my husband and two young boys. Toni, the owner, will not give me her number. He hung up on me three times. First he hung up on me when I asked when she would be in. Thinking it was a mistake, I called back asking when she would be back. He then said she quit and then hung up again. Feeling slighted, I called again asking for her contact information or new location. He then said he would not give me her number because he trained her and then hung up for a third time. Seeing this guy in action on at least 6 other occasions and reading some other posts and Toni’s response, unless your into abusive personalities, stay away from Toni the Rudest Grumpiest Barber in North Orange County.

The short version: I had my hair cut by Toni. It was awesome. He was really accommodating to any adjustments, and made sure it was how I wanted it. Not a long wait(~10 minutes per person) and a great price The longer version: I decided to come here because my normal barbershop is closed on Sundays. I heard good things about it on Unilocal, and they were not kidding. When I walked in there were 3 people waiting ahead of me, and there were 3 people at work: Toni, Lada, and a third guy whose name I don’t know. I had a chance to see all of them in action. It was clear that they were all very good and paid good attention to detail, and I would have gone with any of them. However I was hoping I would get Toni because he was the quickest and most efficient. I had a LOT of hair walking in here; I hadn’t had a haircut for 2 months, and my hair grows pretty fast. So when I sat down I immediately asked how much for a haircut(some places have extra for longer hair). He gave me the regular price. Toni asked me what I wanted, and I asked for a fade. He had an idea of what I wanted, but just to be sure of everything, he asked me a lot of questions: How long on the sides, where to stop, how much off the top, did I want it tapered, etc. That might be annoying to some people. I really appreciated it, though, because I don’t like interrupting barbers while they’re working(it makes me nervous). When he was done, he made me make sure everything what how I wanted it. I wanted a little more off of my bangs, and apologized because he had already done what I consider finishing touches i.e. the neck shave, blow drying all the hair off. He said it was completely alright and that«talking is the best way to understand each other» It was then that I realized not only was Toni a professional, he was an artist, and cared very much about the quality of his work, and what other people thought about it. 10⁄10 this is going to be my new regular place

Went here for the second time today. I originally went here in About 3 weeks ago & I was very impressed with the gentleman that cut my son’s hair. My son got a combover haircut & the barber who cut his hair(a Latin man) didn’t get his name did an excellent job and charged me $ 12 for the cut. Today, on thanksgiving I went in and the only barber available was the owner. The owner is very nice and made my son feel comfortable and he did the EXACTSAME haircut for my son that he got 3 weeks ago & he charged me $ 18 for the SAMECUT. I asked him why the price difference and he insisted on charging me this and didn’t care to reduce the price. I paid him his $ 18 and I will not be returning here.

THIS is a real barbershop! Nina is very professional, easy to talk to, cheerful, and fun. She always cuts my hair exactly the way I like it, and I enjoy the old school hot foam straight razor shave of my neck with bay rum aftershave. Fantastic!

Good, quick and convenient haircut after a long day’s work. I stopped on the drive home for a haircut. Was getting a little shaggy. Tony cleaned me up… looking and feeling good.

Safe, reliable business man’s haircut. And Tony is a swell guy. I just think the place needs some attention. Second only to the pool hall, the barbershop is one of the original social gathering places for men, so it should have some character. We don’t stay in the barbershop for a long time any more, but I go to barbershops instead of «salons»(no offense) because I like Old Spice, razors and shaving cream at the ready, and a barber who doesn’t ask if I want a shampoo. A girlie magazine is a sign you’re in the right place. Or failing that, a copy of Popular Mechanics or a Wrestling WWF program. Old West has no theme inside; should it have a western theme? The walls are bare, and it’s not really all that clean. I notice these things because it’s hard not to. There’s just no character and it was obvious. No other complaints. Will return, unless my regular barber gets sober.
