horribly run, not enough staff to check you in to their computer waiting system yet that is the way they deal with you, so you are forced to be a jerk and say I was here first just to not get skipped over… after already waiting… they need to put a sign up sheet out or take numbers like the deli, second time I stopped in trying to buy a phone… second time I walked out frustrated, I will not go back

I went after work to get a new phone and I had to wait nearly 2 hours. A rep even took someone last on the waiting list before others because they requested him and they looked like they knew each other. That’s not acceptable and at least 5 other people were in the store that may not have been helped, because the store closed pretty soon after. Otherwise, when I did get a rep, she was delightful, and I got a new phone pretty easily. I probably should have just done it online though.
