Same thing as the previous review happened to me. I’m 23 and just got new insurance from my dad’s employer. I called my dad for assistance and the lady at the front desk was acting as if I was an inconvenience. When the insurance issue was resolved and I understood it they then proceeded to tell me that I had now missed my appointment and had to reschedule. I am going back only because of the doctor. The office staff in terribly rude.

Unfortunately, my daughter was treated poorly by the office staff at this location. Insurance is a mind boggling thing for most people, never mind someone who has just turned 18. Her need to call for some motherly advice on the situation surely did not warrant a comment of «That kid will never make in life» from the office staff.
Keep your yuck comments to yourself. You don’t deserve your job if that is how you are going to talk about customers. We will be taking our Family of 6 dermatology needs elsewhere from now on.
