Short and sweet. Most Chinese food at least American take out style Chinese food is almost identical no matter where you go. However, out of the dozens of Chinese food restaurants iv been to, this little spot that is almost invisible to the hundreds of people who walk right past it in search for lobster rolls and clam baskets, had some of the best food I have ever had. It is always empty when I walk in but the Americanized classics(Any thing on the Pu Pu platter) was tasty and crispy with out being to greasy. Sushi was excellent too. Check. This. Place. Out. It’s harder to find a good Chinese food place then find a good place to get lobster rolls and clams in the area(bob’s).

Pleasantly surprised by this place, my beautiful girlfriend and I were in York for the weekend and trying to get a late dinner in York Center, this was the only spot still open … the food was GREAT! The scallion pancakes and fried rice were really good, we shared a few other things that were also good and very reasonably priced. I will definitely go back.

Eh, I wanted to like this place and the food~ just couldn’t get into it. Sushi was subpar, the spicy tuna wasn’t spicy tuna, it was a filling of something I couldn’t eat. The rest of the sashimi looked suspect so I didn’t finish half my meal.

I live in York and have gotten to know the owners, Johnny and Debbie. Even when I didn’t know them, the food was amazing. Depending on my mood, I’ll go for sushi, sashimi, or noodles, usually with an edamame appetizer. Everything there is always well-prepared, fresh, and delicious. They even prepare a special meal for my husband that isn’t on the menu — crispy beef! I have never had a problem or complaint with them in the years they’ve been here. I highly recommend them!

meh. wandered by and thought that since The Kid had never had sushi and he was in a let’s-try-it mood we took two seats at the(empty) sushi bar. ordered hamachi sashimi, maguro, tai and unagi nigiri. the rice was way gummy but i attribute that to serving sushi to people who may have never used chopsticks before. not the freshest fish and the unagi was way fishy. on the way out The Kid asked if this was typical quality for sushi to which i answered«no, no it’s not.» he said«good.» this place has been a Lot of places over the years and i predict that it will be something new, soon, if they are relying on Sushi to fill the seats.
