I recently moved to PA and eventually I had to get a local license and tags. I was directed to Runkle’s by my sister and went. From the moment she called me to the counter, when she walked outside to verify the VIN and until she finished up, Emma was the consummate customer service expert. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and professional. The process was so smooth. I will recommend Runkle’s to anyone I can and tell them to see Emma.

Runkle’s is EXCEPTIONAL!!! They went absolutely ABOVE and BEYOND to help me out with PennDOT and my car registrations being screwed up due to several errors on the worst insurance company I’ve ever had over the years…(ALLSTATE)!! I had them less than a year and due to several errors I probably would have had to even pay fines just to get my vehicle registrations back but A Runkle employee and Runkle manager spent two days working with me to get what they needed from the stupid insurance company and put rush on thru PennDOT to get it for me in just under three days had it not been for their hard work and extreme effort I may not have been able to ever get it straight with out paying fines and serving suspension time even though I did not do anything wrong! THANK YOU RUNKLE’S!!! Specifically the Roosevelt Rd, York Branch!

I used Runkles notary service for the first time yesterday to sell a vehicle, the purchaser needed to get a plate for the car it was very nice to do a fast transaction over lunch. The place was busy but I didn’t need to wait long. I went back today on Saturday, The place was packed but the line moved along and I was able to get a title and registration application and my new kayak. I have to say the prices /​fee were higher than I usually pay at AAA to which I am a Member but the service was better at runkles. Charlene was great she took the time fill out all of the forms, while being asked to do look ups for other employees. She is thorough and was very professional! Can’t beat the location.

This is the first time I’ve used a service like this and I’ve used this place twice now. Once for getting a new photo ID and a second time to get a legal document noterized. Both times I was in-​and-​out within 10 minutes. Nothing to compare, but all in all a good place to go
