I agree with the reviewer that said a simple welcome to dd would be nice. The boy taking orders was very impatient and severely lacked any customer service skills, such as talking. We did not get a hello or may I help you, just a guy standing at a register staring at us until we finally spoke. So awkward. The doughnuts at this location are always stale no matter when you come. There were fruit Flys all over the doughnuts tonight. The whole experience was just really unappetizing, and with this being probably my 10^th time here getting stale doughnuts I felt compelled to finally write a review. The only reason we come so often is its nice to get a coffee and doughnut while our daughter is in dance class across the street. But time after time it dissapoints, though the coffee is always good. Tonight was weird though because they gave us our medium lattes in small foam cups. Not a huge deal, but another thing to add to the list of disappointment.

A nice hello or welcome to DD would have been nice for starters. Young man at counter was not very helpful as I glanced through menu. I came here on June 15^th at 10:30 am with my elderly aunt. Young man was very impatient. The worst of it was the flys all over the donuts and eating area. See my pics, the two behind the counter chatting and carrying on. A simple fly swatter or indiscreet clothe killing the flys would have been nice.

Friendly and accommodating staff that truly cares for their customers wants and needs. Coffee is usually always on point and breakfast is delicious. The only thing i don’t like about this store is it seems to be understaffed in the evenings which causes a long wait
