By far the worst reporting and writing I can recall, in a long time.
Incorrect information quoted, and I won’t even talk to them. Oh yeah and by the way… That is how you are referenced in any upcoming marriage announcement, if you are divorced. You’re an afterthought.
Takes too long for them to print corrections. The calls trying to solicit business, and non existent customer care.
They really need some training and customer service training.
