Buffalo Wild Wings

This was what I expected of a typical Buffalo Wild Wings… Mediocre food, overpriced… The family we dined with made attempts to order specialty drinks and were denied the opportunity to place their drink orders due to out of stock ingredients. That was a little disappointing.
Who knew a Mojito would be that complicated?
Nonetheless, the waiter was nice and attentive. Thus, my three star rating. I was lucky enough to order a simple vodka and soda drink (surely THAT couldn’t get screwed up).
I needed a double shot, and the stiff drink made my evening more tolerable, so I ordered another.

Went here on a Tuesday night with some business colleagues. Honestly, I don’t think anything I will say here will make any difference. The very simple fact is that there are huge screens and enough distraction to keep you busy for hrs.
In a sense, that is what this place wants. Keep you distracted enough to keep buying stuff.
So if you go here there is no surprise what you get. Bar food with a bunch of stimulation. My only issue is that our server was not very attentive and showed no apology. He was obviously distracted by something else (maybe his favorite team just lost). Anyway, take a dive if you want.

This is the worst bdubs I have ever been to. The management team is a joke — completely incompetent and disrespectful. I will never go to any bdubs again because of my experience here. They served a chipped glass and I noticed it and explained the problem and they didn’t do anything about it. I paid for my drinks and left. Management basically told me to kick rocks. The food was not hot either, and I just ordered a wings snack. Never again. Stay away from this place I promise you’ll be disappointed.

Staff is friendly… Restaurant is mostly clean. Service is the worst. They are slow very very slow even when they are not busy. I’ve been on three different occasions. And every single time it takes almost an hour to get food. The servers disappear and never check back. When I’m ready to go I have to wait and wait and wait just to pay so I can finally leave. Well I’m done ii will absolutely never return to this establishment.

Good food and good service. Used to come to this location quite a bit until we got one closer to Saline in Ann Arbor but we have never had a bad experience here.

Let’s get one thing straight right off the skeeter, I’m a BW’s OG. Most of the people in BW’s today weren’t even born when I was hitting up the original. Shit I’m getting old man, WTF?
Anyhow, the new corpo BW’s is nothing like the original but, the DNA is still there. There are no more $.25 wings and $.50 drummies (no drummies anymore at all for that matter), there are no more bums pretending to be looking at the menu in the lobby trying to get warm before the manager shoo’s them away and there is no more meeting up to get hammy’d before stumbling across the street to the Vu to interview single moms.
What remains though are the flavors we fell in love with 20 years ago that helped make BW’s the juggernaut it is today. If today’s BW’s has anything in common with the BW’s of old, it’s the consistency. The spicy garlic last night tastes just like it did the first time I had it and so does pretty much everything else.
My complaints are also the same as they were 20 years ago. Their burgers still suck since they got rid of the Weck, I’m still pissed they got rid of those huge pizza rolls and they still nickel and dime you over petty shit. Clearly this place ain’t hurting for cash, just give me a freaking side of sauce will ya, damn.
My only complaint with this location though is there are no paper towels in the bathroom. I mean seriously, I’m covered in sauce and you expect me to what, put my face under a jet dryer? Come on.
I bitch but I still come back. I can’t quit you BW’s!

It’s close to home, so I come here frequently. The food is as expected every time. The TV’s are usually loud and a game is always on. Good atmosphere for a sports fan or drinks with your buddies.
I like the chipotle dry rub traditional wings the best. They have just the right amount of spice. The potato wedges and buffalo chips are also good. Sometimes, they offer a Pizza Roll appetizer which is a must order. The beer selection is about what you would expect from a chain restaurant. There are about 20 beers on tap, but nothing to crazy.
I keep coming back. So that’s something.

Service– ok, food– eh, atmosphere– not good. TV volume extreremly loud and a large table next to us yelling the whole time (not yelling at a game– just yelling at each other). I could not talk to my husband without shouting. He walked out as soon as he finished eating. Traditional wing were good, boneless were mostly breading and very crunchy while the chips were soggy. Leaving with a headache and not bothering to finish my beer. Very disappointed, I generally love sports bars.

Pretty good place to get some wings and beer. Great atmosphere and service. Lots of TVs and sports on. Check out Hoop Fever, great game. My fiancé always attempts to play but can barely get 30 points. She does not give up, that’s what I love about her.

Very unhappy. Yesterday I went to bw for lunch and was disappointed that my wings did not have any seasoning, my Cajun Quesadillas was missing the Cajun and one order of carrots were missing. The food was hot, fresh and the Quesadillas had a good amount of chicken but not what I asked for. I called the store and the manager was very nice to offer a gift card, so I went back today and picked up lunch for my team members. I was steamed… my Quesadillas was sad barely any cheese and hardly any chicken. Two of the triangles had no chicken at all… Cajun was still missing in action. I had a team member get one and theirs looked the exact same. my lemon pepper wings had seasoning but they were hard and dry. I felt like my cat chewing. My other team member had wilted lettuce in her salad and the smallest amount of chicken in their chicken buffalito. even with a discount still spent $ 50. They weren’t busy and I called it in. The staff is very friendly so I will never take that away from them but I work closest to the new one on Michigan and still drove to that one to only be disappointed for the second time. Not cool at all. I just expect good food quality. No matter how friendly the staff if the food isn’t up to par there’s no point in going. Oh and for my 2 order of carrots. I got one carrot and one celery…

Terrible service since first opening.
Prices go up, portions go down. They stopped serving ribs for some ungodly reason.

Ordered delivery, took a while. I ordered boneless wings and received transitional. I also ordered ranch and got none. :/​the delivery guy was very nice though.

Got take out for my family staying in nearby hotel. Ordering process was fine. Person taking my order read it back clearly. However, when we picked up food, despite having order again read back, there were several errors/​disappointments. Boneless chicken wings did not come with seasoning and were just small chicken tenders. Fries were included in meals that weren’t supposed to have them. Mild buffalitos came with hot sauce on them. No silverware came with meal. Not sure how to fix that, really?

I only eat in the bar area. The dining room area always looks like a zoo. The service is amazing, my favorite waiter is Matt. The food is reasonably prices. I enjoy the sampler platter and assorted wings. The beer is great, and the price is even better. This restaurant is consistent and a A+ in my book. Again, I cannot express to you how spectacular the service is!

The wings are very good with a large selection of sauces. The service is very attentive. There are 5,000 TVs on the walls where you can watch everything from NFL games to Zimbabwean Warthog Wrestling.
Only thing they did not seem to have is trivia. There’s something mysteriously satisfying about going into a wing place, wolfing down some wings, and beating anonymous drunk wing-​wolfers in the building (and elsewhere in the country) in useless trivia. Oh well.

This place is close to home, so I wanted to see how it fares compared to wing joints that I know from Windsor Ontario. The thing to keep in mind is that this place is another link in the B’Dubs chain. The food is ‘meh’, and typically takes way longer than it should to get wings.
BWW is known for its kitchy sports bar décor and Wings. You basically JUST want to get wings when you come here, they have some redeeming flavors, and not all suck.
Not really my favorite place for wings, but if someone I know wants to get a drink and wings, this is close by.

Honestly it’s one of the best places to watch football. Plenty of TV’s playing every game. I have been here a few times and have narrowed the food I get to one thing: the wings. The wings are really good and they have a great variety of sauces. I feel like anytime I get anything other than wings I am disappointed. They have a good selection of beer with a nice mix of local brews, craft brews, and generic light beer. Service is usually pretty good but it’s varies by server, some are really good and some need to think about a change of proffesion.

Buffalo Wild Wings is one of those places that I avoided even before I became a vegetarian. It’s always ridiculously crowded, there’s always the longest wait for food, service was hit-​or-​miss despite location, and there never fails to be a group of smokers right outside the the exit. On top of that, I don’t even like sports. Even with all that though, I did come from time to time because I enjoyed their wing sauces.
Now, on the other hand, I don’t eat meat. I came because I’d been invited to join a friend. My partner and I shared a basket of potato wedges, I got macaroni and cheese, and my parter has a build your own burger with a black bean patty.
The macaroni and cheese was seriously horrible. It was negative in flavor, and awkward in texture. Super runny with random just strangely textured macaroni noodles.
The potato wedges were delicious, and my partner enjoyed the flavor of their burger. That’s all fine, but we both had complaints about how absolutely greasy everything was. Within 5 minutes of leaving, my stomach was done. I felt extremely nauseous by the time I reached my driveway, and out the food went once I got inside.
That being said, the service today was phenomenal. Our waiter was just attentive enough, and even with our large party, our drinks were never empty.
