They were running a little late but once they arrived the gentleman was extremely efficient and was able to find our septic lids no problem even though we knew only roughly where they were. He left our yard virtually untouched and was done in under an hour even with our double tanks. Any questions I had over the phone were met with courtesy and they seemed to be very knowledgeable. I will use them again in the future.

Good at what they do. Did not call when they could not make it our for a job. Had us waiting nearly 3 hours. We called them. They then informed us that it was rescheduled for the morning… says who??? Did not apologize or offer compensation. Rather, they said in a very parent scolding voice «would you like someone else to come out and take care of your problem.» What happened to customer service? So we found another local company at took care of our problem ASAP. Will never return to JSS.

Jack Spack is a well-​known, well-​established company in the area. They were recommended to us and we have used their services several times.
Recently, we called them with a problem — 7:30 pm at night — not expecting to have someone answer the phone. Wayne is their scheduling guy. Turns out they could help us the next day or the day after. I was surprised to receive a call at 8:00 am the next morning. Turns out they could work us in early in the day after all. Great!
The guys showed up at 8:30 am as promised. They let me hang out with them to watch and ask questions. They addressed the problem (full tank) and were on their way.

I can’t believe I am the first to write any review on a Septic service in this area. (from what I found doing a Unilocal search) I have never ordered septic service before and didn’t know where to start to find a reputable company. I did a bit of research on licensing and how to locate the lids, but Jack Spack had it covered. They have an extensive history of service, are licensed with state of Michigan DEQ and THEY WERE ON TIME. Actually a little early, but hey, I am not complaining! How often do you order service people to come out and they are on time or even early?! Perfect! I didn’t need to be there, the tech were nice and curteous and I had full confidence that they knew what they were doing. I started asking questions back in Janaury via email through their website and Vicky was super nice and answered everything, though I often thought I must be annoying at times. It took until March to place the order, because I wanted to look around and make sure I was getting the best around. They were also the most affordable service. I don’t usually give four stars, but I couldn’t find a reason not to. Thanks JS!
