Yummy turkey panini sandwich and macaroni salad. Nice friendly and efficient service. I really liked this place and will stop in again when I’m on the road to Oregon. It’s nice to find a non-​chain place to eat.

Klanders exceeded all of my expectations. It is a small deli with a small town feel. It seemed like landers has quite the local following, the owner seemed to know everyone on a first name basis. Service was friendly and speedy. Prices were extremely reasonable especially for the quality of our sandwiches. My husband and I took our orders to go so we were not able to communicate how much we enjoyed our food. We are not always in the Yreka area but any time that we are we plan to stop in to get amazing food and amazing service. If you are looking for a sandwich with soft fresh bread, juicy tender meats and the best veggies around this is the place to go!!! I don’t even see how there can be 2 subways in town when you can support a local business that has much higher quality good.

I have loved this cute little mom and pop Deli for many years now. Bill and Ondia are adorable. Today it was chilly outside so I asked for a melty warm toasted ham and cheese sandwich on sourdough. I had pepper jack cheese a little mayonnaise and mustard with slices of the most perfect dill pickles. Of course a small bag of lays regular potato chips finished off my lunch. When I got the sandwich out of the box it was gorgeous. Perfectly golden crispy on the outside and thick, warm melty creamy deliciousness on the inside. Horrible customer service. We were treated like garbage for asking a simple question about a sandwich. Rayley’s deli is the place to go.

Excellent Frank’s special roast beef sandwich! Customer service was outstanding. We had our dog with us so they recommend a beautiful park that is only 1.5 miles down the road for the three of us to enjoy! We’ll be stopping there again on our way up to Portland…,

I’ve been eating at Klanders for about 17 years now. They have always been friendly and courteous. They always make exactly what you want. (LOVE THEM). Anybody giving a bad review they haven’t ever been there. Fantastic Job ! !

love me a hole in the wall, small town deli!!! we stopped by during a big road trip, and I swear we were the only people during the entire lunch rush that the staff didn’t know by name. SO friendly. and SOOO yummy. it’s the kind of place that it doesn’t matter what you order, it’s gonna be delicious :)

Small inside, so we ordered to-​go.
pastrami sandwich served on white, despite asking for rye. small sandwiches for the price. roast beef dip sandwich was good.
Only deli in town, so you can have a sandwich here, go to subway or go to Raleys. The choices here are slim, which makes this place more attractive than it would be if it were in a larger city. Also, hours are short, so I’m never off work in time to stop to buy cold cuts or a sandwich for dinner.

What a treat. My wife and I were exploring the area and we always prefer to eat at the local kinda place. Bill and his wife were lovely folks. Lots of choices on the wall. I always ask what a first time visitor should get. I got the smoked turkey almond salad sandwich after they gave me a sample. My wife got the smoked turkey special with lettuce tomato cranberry etc. We also got a side of chili… tasted homemade, a small potato salad (not homemade but they told me that).
All of it came to about $ 20. It’s a walk-​up counter inside, order and they bring the food to you. Tables inside to dine at. A real authentic neighborhood treasure where all the locals come in and everyone knows your name.

Their chili is fantastic with lots of meat.

Great hole-​in-​the-​wall deli. If you want good deli sandwiches this is the place. Particularly like the Darrin’s special. Chips, drinks, side salads etc. available. Small dine in area. No ambiance to speak of but good food.
