Access Dental Centers

If I could give zero stars I would… This business is a joke! My daughter got a spacer put in by this dental office that eventually would need to be removed. Since our insurance changed to a different provider, they initially said the could not remove it. When we reminded them that they put the spacer in, they said to bring her as a walk in and they would remove it. But of course we show up today with my daughter in pain because her gum is growing over it, knowing we had to take her out of school and drive 30 minutes to get there, and they can’t do anything for her… A little child, a 5 minute or less procedure and they don’t have the time? Are there any decent human beings at this establishment? Do not waste your time at this establishment, take your children to a dentist office that actually cares for patients. I hope they close down soon.

Had to get a filling and my insurance told me to come here. I now know what it’s like to get a filling with no Novocain. As many times as I told the dentist I could still feel the pain, she was numbing the wrong area.
I’ll be going to another dentist from now on, even if I have to pay out of pocket.

I was given a next day appointment and today I was in getting work done that I really needed. They have great financing options and EVERY employee was very friendly.
The dentist that I had was the friendliest dentist that I have ever had. I am thrilled with my experience.
