Dairy Queen

I like Dairy Queen and their specials but today was a bad experience. I placed my food order at 7:50 that is what my receipt says and I didn’t get my food until 8:15. I tried complaining to the manager on duty (Brianna) and she offered to remake it. Well I wasn’t prepared to wait another 30 minutes for hot food. Brianna proceeded to argue that I did not wait 30 minutes. Well my bad, 25 minutes. Still unacceptable for cold fries cold burgers and cold hot dog.

Came here for lunch and order the cheese burger and fries and the burger was fine but as for the fries they suck big time I thought fries are supposed to look light and a little cook but not over done in the fyer I ended up threwing them away I’m not comeing here anymore look at both pictures you see

I came in this afternoon, specifically to get my PUMPKIN BLIZZARD!!! It is their Flavor of the Month right now. I called a few weeks ago and they hadn’t gotten in all their ingredients yet, so I am really glad I was able to stop by today and everything was in stock :)
Girl at counter was friendly and helpful customer service. I ended up picking a small size Blizzard, they have a really neat display of all their type of cups in a line right on the counter, so it is very useful to see the sizes with Lids. I like a lot of stuff at DQ, been coming here since I was a kid, so it’s always a nice treat to stop at DQ :)
The Pumpkin Blizzard tasted great, very nice flavor and good amount of sweetness blended in together with the ice cream. Tis the Fall season… Also the place looks much better since they Remodeled. I love the new interior look and it’s a clean, good atmosphere. They also have outdoor covered seating and plenty of parking. If you don’t want to go inside there is a Walk up window too!

I have been going here forever it seems we have lived in the neighbor hood for years. I went there a few days ago not only was the service terrible but the food isn’t like before. I bought the country chicken basket which looked now like a popcorn chicken basket. I wasted my money and when I took it back to the counter the young guy had an attitude with me he then took my food to the manager on duty and said he would put a few more strips down and when I went to get the new strips I swear they were the size of a tootsie roll. He said this is how it’s been since he been working there I told him I’m pretty sure I have been going there since before he was born. Then when I ask the manager when the owner would be in he acted like he didn’t know. This place gone to crap. IM IN NO HURRY TO GO BACK!

If you like filth and an establishment that is about 85 degree room temperature, this place is for you. Took my family here and it took over half an hour to get our food.
Never again.

The only one in the area and its fresh made to order, ice cream of course and outdoor eating area.

Terrible customer service! I used to love this place. But the last few times I’ve went– it hasn’t been a very pleasant experience. I will not be returning and will go to Sonic from now on for my ice cream!

Bought lunch for the office today. The food was great and was ready when they said it would be. The staff was friendly and helpful. Brings back memories of the days when you got to go to DQ and get a dilly bar. Nice. Will definitely be back.

What is a Sundae, apparently the teenagers in there playing grab ass don’t know how to make one I got vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup no nuts no whip cream no cherry alright so I’ll like Sundays like they should be made

Worst service ever, they don’t get the orders right and then have a cow about making them right. They are racist and ignorant about what good customer service should be like. Never going back there again!

Do not go here if you’re any other ethnicity but white. The people who work here are flat out racist.

Stopped by tonight for ice cream. All I can say is Wow! Nasty! The floors were covered in trash and other debris. Every table was filthy! I watched a worker lazily barely spray the table top then he proceeded to toss the trash toward trash can. He missed and didn’t even bother to pick the trash off of the ground! That alone should get the kid fired. Then when my boys went to order I decided to look behind the counters. The floors were dirty back there too so I told my boys there was no way we were going to eat here or even get it to go. I told the person at the counter that his manager should be informed hat we were taking it business elsewhere because the place was so dirty. The manager and owner should be ashamed! I am goi to report them to the health department. After that experience we went to Brock’s which was spotless and we had delicious ice cream and great service!

Nice «old school» feel Dairy Queen. Standard DQ fare. Decent burgers… great frozen treats.

Don’t go there if you want anything special. In my case, all I wanted was my ice-​cream sundae in a regular cup. Because of my hand injury, I can’t easily hold the odd shaped sundae cup. The supervisor, «Bennie» told me that no special orders were permitted. I told him that I would pay for the regular cup, the sundae and any additional charges deemed necessary for their trouble. The answer remained; «No, we can’t make any exceptions.» This is the only place in my entire life that this has happened to me.

I love dairy queen! Food is always fresh and they have great desserts!

WHAT THE HELL?!? Who’s idiotic decision was it to take away the burger sauce? And why are they putting romaine lettuce on the bottom of hamburgers so it gets nasty, limp, and soggy.
Back to the sauce. Why would you get rid of the ONE thing that sets you apart from every other place in town? And why after customers have voiced their complaints would you blow them off with some BS «its what corporate says»? What a ridiculous way to lose your customer base.
If people want the damn sauce you put it in little cups and give them their sauce. Tell «corporate» to pound sand.
I have no reason to ever set foot in this place again.

So I guess it was a corporate decision to take away the Thousand Island-​style sauce on the burgers. Now they only offer mayo and ketchup. Look, I know what you may be thinking: Kelly, Thousand Island is just mayo and ketchup, mixed together. And to that I say: NO IT’S NOT! It was the magic that made Dairy Queens burgers great! Now they’re yucky. And I’m sad :(The fries and shakes are still good, though. And there is just something about the guys that work there…

They don’t have chocolate ice cream. Only vanilla. Bummer.

I always try to go when Mike J. is working because not only is he a great cook but sooo sweet!

Came here for dinner with a friend and his kids the other night. He had the top of the line burger with fries and I had the double cheese burger with onion rings. The fries and onion rings portions were on the small side. The kids had the chicken strip meals which included 2 pieces of small chicken strips, fries and ultra small drink with a coupon for a ice cream cone dessert.
The food was alright but the portions to every order was small, especially the kids meals which I think were rip offs considering the small amount of food they had gotten. As a matter of fact my friends son had to go order some more chicken strips to get full, and at $ 4.06 for three more tiny chicken strips that’s a rip off.
I left this place still feeling hungry but I wasn’t going to buy any more reduced sized entrees from DQ. I guess I’ll come back whenever I get the urge to buy some snack size meal to hold me over for my real meal or feel like getting ripped off.
