Do not use Mary Bell as a property manager. Non-​responsive, has no clue what is going on with your house, and generally seems not to care about someone who pays 10% of charged rent every month to her.

I recently purchased my home through ERA, my realtor was Paul Cunningham and his assistant Anna. I have to say they worked so hard for me to be completely satisfied. They found me my dream home and made it close. Even though I had hiccups through my lender they helped me even after hours and weekends to make sure I was completely comfortable and satisfied. I could not have asked for better service. If I ever bought or sold a home it would most certainly be though ERA!!! Thank you so much I love my HOME!!!

We worked with Jonna Ethington to get our property sold after we moved away, based on a recommendation from our property manager. To say we had a horrible experience would be an understatement. She was unresponsive (didn’t respond to emails in a timely manner and rarely returned phone calls), and provided almost no feedback about steps we could take to make the property more attractive. We had to ask her several times to post pictures of the property on Zillow and Trulia, and when she finally did post one, it was a sideways picture taken from inside her car window. Her only recommendation was to get the interior painted, and when she gave us the invoice for the contractor, we noticed he had the same last name as her. 5 months into our 6 month contract (meanwhile, we were paying 2 mortgages waiting for her to get it sold) we asked to be released from our contract, only to be denied in spite of their unacceptable performance. We made several attempts to contact ERA’s management, Michael Hall, but he refused to take our phone calls and wouldn’t even respond to our emails. After our 6 month contract was up and literally NO progress was made, we switched to Century 21 and our awesome agent, Jennifer Undine had our property sold in 6 weeks. She immediately set to work to improve our property, took and posted great photos, and was extremely motivated and responsive. The lack of professionalism we experienced with Matt Fischer was absolutely shocking to us, and caused for a very stressful year for us. We would NEVER recommend them.

Single parent military rented a house after returning from another deployment. Mary Bell took me for every penny she could on the move out process. I would definitely recommend looking at any other Property Management Agency before coming here. If her job was to take as much money from the renter as possible, she is fantastic. I wonder if things would be any different with buyers? How she is still affiliated with the «Yuma’s Best Real Estate Agency» is shocking. Will update after I speak with the MCAS Yuma Command Deck. Hopefully, I can get the word out to stay away from her.

We are moving back to Yuma from Kansas. Kim Hill Olsen was our realtor. She was great. She has helped us through every step of the process so far and is always available. She spent all weekend and the following week helping. Thanks Kim for doing such a fantastic job!

ERA has been voted Yuma’s Best Real Estate Agency for years and now I know why. Our realtor, Paul Cunningham, was the best. He’s a good listener, patient, considerate, and works his tail off for you. Paul (and probably the other realtors) not only want to sell you a house but they want to find you a place to call home. A++
