NO STARS. Lady clearly couldn’t speak English … So it was hard to understand her.
Then, after I ate my croissant… I bit into my hash brown, and pulled a hair out.
A FREAKING HAIR INSIDE MY HASHBROWN. NO NO NO NO.
Don’t recommend anyone going here. Almost up chucked my food.

Wow! I cannot say enough how great the customer service is at this jack in the box. Attentive to customers needs, friendly and helpful. To top it the food was actually good. Great tasting sourdough jack, tacos, fries and chocolate shake. Great place to stop.

We are from the east coast, never has it before but everything we tried was fresh and delicious. Everythig was clean. Guy was nice but to quiet and couldnt hear what he was saying at first but all in all great food. Our tummys are happy :)

It is supposed to be fast food. It was not. I had to ask for my change twice. Rude customer service, beyond slow, I will not be returning. I could understand if they were busy, but they were not. Fix your people jack.

‚Worst service ever waited for 10 minutes just to order, got fed up and left. There was no-one in drive through and 1 family waiting to order in front of me. So much for fast food!

I don’t go to this location a lot. Typical j&b. I’ve had the same person help me the past few times and they keep forgetting to give me things. First time it was my food, second time my drink. Hmm… not sure what to think about that.

5 stars for the exceptionally polite and well-groomed young lady working the drive-thru on the Sunday afternoon of Memorial Weekend. Keep it up girl and you’ll go far!
