Replaced 2 of my vehicles windshields on the same day. One vehicle they left the rear view mirror hanging by a wire. Had to call them back to get them to finish the job. The other vehicle developed a stress fracture 6 months later and they refused to honor the warranty saying it appeared to be an impact. I was in vehicle when it cracked and when I had a more qualified auto glass company replace the stress fractured windshield they said they could not see any signs of impact causing the crack.
