Try the Sushi Bomb Roll if you like deep fried sushi like me. It is so huge and crispy. We also order the Steak Teriyaki and I had to say this is the best teriyaki I ever had, the rice bowl comes seperately, the steak is very well sauced and fatty. The green tea comes with free refills and the server comes very often to refill for you. Im more a bitter tea drinker so this is a little mild for me but if you dont like bitter tea. This tea is perfect.

I would’ve given 5 stars if the service was better, but since we had to keep asking for drink refills, and anything at all, they got 4. The Unagi sushi and Spider roll was awesome. I loved every bite of it. I also tasted the dragon roll, and another one I am not sure of from other plates and that was also very good. If I didn’t live so far away, is come back. The service needs worked on, though.

Good customer service. Okay rolls. Tasty Thai tea. Location — Located in plaza with golf range, a mattress store and a few other shops. FYI — $ 37 for 3 rolls and 1 Thai tea

Great sushi! Got the love boat(for two) to go with a salad and miso soup. It was fresh and delishes. Place is always busy but servers and chefs put out the food fast. First choice for sushi every time.

I feel like this place is a little overrated. It is definitely not the best sushi in the area. We ordered the beef rolls, tempura shrimp, best sushi roll, dancing eel roll and the crispy duck. I’ve definitely had better similar dishes at other Thai restaurants. But I guess there are not too many options in Zephyrhills. The wait staff was friendly and food came out quickly.

This is a gem among the rocks. If you went five years ago when they had no A/C, please try it again. New owners, new everything. Nim and Danny are always very welcoming and kind. The spicy tuna crunch roll is to die for!

Again visited this restaurant for my birthday. Lobster bomb(you GOTTA’ have at least one), steamed dumplings, crab rangoon. Saporo with saki. Service very intimate and non-stop without being intrusive. Fast and efficient. Very highly recommended.

For the size of the restaurant the food is outstanding. Excellent service and plenty of parking.

Definitely not the best thai or sushi. The lobster roll was good but over cooked, they get an A+ for presentation of that dish and the tuna appetizer… it looks like a flower. I ordered the pad thai medium… and it def came out thai hot. I had my husband and MIL try it and they agreed– so it had to be sent back.

After a great experience at Best Thai and Sushi last year, we headed back for more. In fact, on this visit, I dined here twice in one week! The restaurant was able to accommodate our large parties on both visits and were ready and waiting when we arrived. Best Thai and Sushi may not be the best Thai and sushi ever, but it certainly is the best in Zephyrhills, Florida. This small and unassuming restaurant has a large menu filled with vegan options. We started with a chilled bottle of sake that was oh so good! For appetizers, we ordered the avocado rolls, which were your typical avocado rolls. They were great on the first visit, but not as good on the second as the rice was pretty wet the second time. But, it is hard to go wrong with standard avocado rolls. We also tried the vegetable tempura. It wasn’t the best tempura I’ve already had, but I appreciated the creativity with the dish. Instead of the standard veggies, we got onions, sweet potato, broccoli, and eggplant for just $ 5.50. For my entrée, I ordered the Green Curry. You can choose vegetables OR tofu for $ 10.50, which seems kind of weird in a vegetable dish as I assume vegetables come with it. If you want both, you pay $ 1 extra. I stuck with just vegetables — bamboo shoots, bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, and snow peas in a coconut milk-based green curry with basil. I loved it. Chris ordered a fried rice dish with veggies, which he really enjoyed. On our second visit, we ordered the spring rolls, which were really good. They were deep fried and filled with bean thread noodles, cabbage, and carrots and served with a plum sauce. For my entrée, I had the Garlic Black Pepper Sauce with vegetables and tofu for $ 10.50. This was a spectacular black pepper sauce with cabbage, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, and tofu with brown rice. The sauce was a bit watery, but the flavor was definitely there. Each time I ordered, I specified that I did not want fish sauce and they were happy to oblige. I had great experiences at the Best Thai and Sushi again this time. The service was fine, the prices were appropriate, and the food was great. Highly recommended if you are in the area!

Ordered carry-out first time: Chicken Pad Thai and a Spicy Tuna Roll and they were pretty good. Then I came in for a quick sit-down dinner before catching the early premier of Avengers, pleasantly surprised of how cute the place is for Zephyrhills, food was good and came out pretty quick! We came in on a Sunday, late afternoon and I got the Fried Gyoza(YUM!), Volcano(OK — probably wouldn’t order here again, had much better elsewhere) and another Spicy Tuna Roll. Definitely coming back, but hopefully not in much of a rush next time(We wanted to make sure we got good seats for the movies)! :) I definitely want to try more variety, they have many choices and have great presentations! Another visit on a late week night, I decided to try their Red Curry with rice, and a Spicy Salmon Roll(hand roll). The Spicy Salmon Roll was dee-lish! Probably will be my fav order from here now, however the hand roll presentation was my first ever and probably my last — it was very dinky-sized. The curry wasn’t anything special, wouldn’t order again and the rice didn’t seem to be cooked all the way — not soft and sticky like how I like my Asian rice, it reminded more like the texture of rice I would get at school lunches, think jr. high — eck! I gladly took home my leftover curry to eat with rice I make at home, so much better!

So our first experience here was quite a pleasant surprise. We have attempted lately to find a place to unseat our number one that establishment. Best Thai comes very close to that goal. The best part I the variety of styles, meals, combinations, and sauces to enjoy your veggies and orotund in. The appetizer selection is robust as we tried the shrimp shunsi. Very delicious with a nice soy dipping sauce. My beautiful wife had miso soup and I had Tom Kha chicken soup. Both were delicious. I then had Atlantic Ocean(seafood) panang curry and my beautiful wife had the chicken green curry and both were very good. Most Thai places make a very watery in texture not so much as taste and we both enjoy the thicker sauce of our usual Hangout but this comes in a close second. We finished our meal with a shared fried ice cream. What a marvelous ending it was. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was cozy and not overcrowded. All in all a worthy 4 stars and warranting some more return visits from us.

Still coming back to this place when i feel like exceptional thai food or super fresh sushi, its small size of restaurant with 14 tables makes a great intimate atmothshere where you can talk without so many other tables drowning out your conversation. The staff are always helpful and extreemly polite I almost dont want to recommend because its one of the great secret dining places that i love

I consistently eat the same 3 or 4 things from here but they always do a great job on them. Best thai fried rice ever! I normally avoid fried rice but it’s super awesome here. Sushi is fresh, but man I wish every roll didn’t have tempura crunch or cream cheese in it. It is our go to local-ish thai place.

Great place for sushi night. Pleasantly surprised. It’s a quaint little place. Went out of their way to seat our group of 13, which was a little bit of an intimidating number for the size of the place. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. My only complaint was that when I ordered hot green tea they gave me a fairly small cup that I had to frequently ask for refills :/wish they gave me a pot. The food was made pretty quickly. Everyone was ecstatic about their meals, the Celebration Roll seemed to be a popular one amongst my group and was recommended by the few that frequented the place. I got the all tuna sashimi(16 pieces) comes with soup or salad. Nice presentation. Filling. I have to say I love how generous they are about their portions and would definitely go back and try something different next time.

Been here a few times and have tried a few things including cucumber rolls, papaya salad, a fresh spring rolls, and big bowls of thai soup. I have always called in my order, and picked it up with ease. They are located in a newer half full half empty strip mall off of 54 and past the Home Depot coming from the Wesley Chapel direction. This place is definitely the best thai, sushi place in the area. Check out all their options on their menu, and you will surely to be happy.

My new favorite Sushi place, hands down. Every bit as good as the best Sushi I have had from Soho Sushi in S TPA to Morioto’s place in S Beach. The place has an intimate setting of maybe 20 tables and 8 seats at the sushi bar. The wait staff is very attentive and friendly. How any times have you asked for a side of Sriracha sauce only to get a small dab in a ramekin? Here my request was accommodated with a ceramic pot filled with the sauce, a nice change rather than having the plastic bottle delivered to my table. I had the Tom Tom soup with chicken, very tasty with a hearty broth. The sushi was generously portioned and eloquently presented. Ample sides of ginger and wasabi. I finished with two rolls, both were presented in the same fashion and overstuffed with ingredients other than rice. Excellent option for Sushi even if it’s of the beaten path. Make the trip if you can, you won’t be sorry.
