God only knows what the guy below me is on about, what a pap ! This is by far the most fantastic sandwich bar in Aberdeen by a mile. Every time i go there it is so busy and the quality fresh food is always a winner in my book. I wish other Chefs were as passionatte about their cooking as the guy who runs this shop is with his sandwiches and paninis! This shop is in a top league of its own. These sites are for genuine feedback and reviews from Normal people. Be your own judge and check it out for yourself, i bet you will agree with me.

My B/F lives next door to this Panini shop. He took me here one afternoon during my visit. He has been here before and liked it. Knowing I love sandwiches and panini’s, he took me here. The shop has a huge variety of paninis to choose from. From your ordinary turkey and ham to cajun chicken to a seafood combo. Being from California, I love seafood so naturally i was drawn to the seafood combo. My panini was loaded with shrimp, crab meat, tuna, and seasonings. I absolutely loved it. The portion was very large and it comes with vegetable add-ons. My B/F had the cajun chicken and thought it was lovely as well. I am a fan because unlike some panini shops I have been to before, this place does not act posh or pretentious. Downside, it is not open for very late, closes around 6pm, and isn’t open on the weekends. Otherwise, the prices are moderate and the sandwiches are delicious.

This is probably one of the best sandwich shops in Aberdeen, located near the west end of union st. They serve a great selection of sandwiches, ciabattas, paninis and wraps. The fillings for all of the above are varied so there is definitely something to suit your taste. Crayfish, rocket and citrus mayonnaise is perfect for a wrap. I think they do a lovely turkey, brie and grape or cranberry filling too. Chicken, mozzarella, ham and barbecue sauce paninis are gorgeous but packed with calories! There is also soup of the day. A good selection of juices and PROPER coffee. There are a few tables if you wish to sit in, and free newspapers to read. Be prepared for there being a queue at lunchtime. There is a school nearby and the kids love coming here so it gets very busy at 12.30. Thankfully, the shop is always well staffed and the queue moves quickly.
