Witches keep their brooms outdoors, did you know. In a Broomfield. First-Hand Experience: More info about my personal experience at this stadium — I had my parents bring me here a very long time ago, and then visited again when I was older. It was a really nice stadium, and not one that I’d ever think would have been destroyed. But that is exactly what happened. It has a Safeway on its grave now. My experience here was quite memorable. It was the only stadium that I ever«sneaked into» with a parent. They told me never to do it again, and it was a one off just because a gate was open. Little did they know I’d done it before, and would go on to do it hundreds of times again. I loved it in here! I think it was more fun because of who I was with. Usually I’d do it alone, or with friends who were scared. I can’t really explain it. Anyway, the stadium itself — didn’t seem as run down or decrepit as other stadiums that would later be demolished. It was a surprise to me, but not tot the fans anyway. *** return to regular review *** This stadium was, for 102 years, the heartbeat of the Airdrieonians, and then it was demolished and they moved away. It was sold to Safeway and now, surprise surprise, is a Safeway. I wonder if the fans that shop there, think of their old stadium the whole time. It had a distinctive lovely Red and White Pavilion on the corner of the field which was a bit like the cottage at Craven Cottage. It once held 24k but at closing it was closer to 12k.
