I love this pub! Ok I might not be able to get a seat at times but the place is always busy. Its the only pub I know that does not do food yet I get fed in there. Scott the owner passes round the takeaway food and I love it. A reason for me to stay longer. The atmosphere is great just watch what nights you go in. On football nights its really busy and the staff are run off their feet but its majical.

Airdrie isn’t exactly heaving with nightlife options but the West End is good for a few drinks. It can get quite lively on Friday and Saturday nights or if there’s football on and other nights it’s good for a quiet drink and a chat. Drinks are cheap and the bar staff are friendly. It could do with a bit of sprucing up as the décor is a bit old and worn. It’s quite good for big groups as there are a couple of areas that are separated from the main bar area and it can be good if your group can ‘take over’ one of these.

It is a sad fact but there are no really good pubs in Airdrie. If I am going on a night out I usually always head into Glasgow. But of the available places to go this is probably the best. It is usually busy at weekends and can get three deep at bar. Music is good though and is a mixed crowd of people from really young to really old. All the usual drinks that you would expect and not bad selection of draughts. Beware can get a bid rowdy after football though. Staff are all nice.
