I’m not sure if I’m damning Caracoli by saying that it would fit right into fashionable up and coming London high streets My girlfriend and I popped in here for a look during brunch hours and it was humming away quite nicely with locals. A nice relaxing atmosphere with a social, laid-back vibe My girlfriend picked up some nice coffee beans for grinding later — they had an interesting mix all bagged up and ready to go I salivated over their interesting food products, many of which would have made nice gifts. I managed to resist til the counter, when I succumbed to one of their Caracoli cookies, which looked interesting. Purely in the name of research, I bought one to share and it was moist with a nice subtle coffee flavour There were also nice smells coming out of cooked food part of the establishment but that will have to be for another visit

This wonderful deli/coffee bar/foodie gift shop is a treasure trove of delicious things. We found it on a visit to beautiful historic Arlesford(reached by steam train on the Watercress Line — wonderful way to arrive!). You can have a lovely coffee and, if you want, snack or lunch outside, and inside there were beautiful salads, sandwiches, cakes and a lot of vegetarian and gluten free stuff — all home made by the look of it. Lovely!
