No wonder the property market went bust.
If all estate agents are like Shooters its a wonder they didn’t all go flying down the pan years and years ago, outrageous listing fee, for which they stick up an old board outside your house and make up a few flyer’s on a desktop which a 5 year old could do. They don’t even take the listing fee out of the commission they get for selling the property.
