It would be easy to be biased here as I worked here for about 6 months while I was studying but had to leave to get a more 9 – 5 job which allowed me to work round my studies more. There is only one member of staff still there from when I was working there so I feel I can be non-​biased.
I have been in a couple of times recently and I don’t think the service has been all that good. They have seemed a little bit uninterested other than Amy who is always helpful and attentive and really knows what she is doing. Last time I did any major business in here they forgot to put roaming on my phone and I was left in Dublin that weekend with a phone that wouldn’t work.
The service could be better here to be honest and the stuff they can do is still as annoyingly limited as it was when I worked there.
