Luigi’s

Have not been able to review Banstead for a while, therefore was pleased to see it still very popular.

I will not return to Luigi’s after having spent 5 years and money there. My partner has been going for approximately 8 years and last Saturday the woman who runs it was extremely rude and abusive to us. We queried why the bill was higher than usual only for her to start ranting that she is running a business and that because I did not want the salad with my omelette and wanted beans instead, it was not free and I was charged extra — so why did she not give me my salad if it came with the meal? She says she is running a business but I do not think she really knows how to treat customers. I know a friend who will not return either since she was rude to them. Her rudeness is not endearing it is vitriolic and very unpleasant.
