Visiting Bridgewater on a pleasingly warm April Saturday we happened upon Zenas Restaurant. It’s to the side of a large, upmarket indoor market in a peaceful courtyard setting. Sure, we only had a light lunch with potted crab & chilli for Mrs Idler & risotto of the day(goats cheese, sun dried toms & rocket) for me but it was fresh, tasty & in good sized portions too. They did real ale and offered proper ice cream for pudding. It was good value for money & the staff were friendly & well drilled. Top marks go to the French waiter there — what a gent!
