I love the shop but the staff are always so rude when i go in! I feel really uncomfortable and intimidated and no one seems to bother to help you. This isn’t the first time as i’ve been in a few times but I get the same response each time. Its sad because the shop itself is great.

I agree with the previous reviewer this is a super place. I even prefer this place to Sally. Friendly staff, not pushy, they let you browse at your own pace. Non-trade customers made feel welcome. Prices are really good (purchased professional clippers and they were the same price as what I could find online, without the waiting/delivery costs). Excellent selection of basic ethnic hair products, although this should be expanded — that would be great. Surprisingly they do not stock some barbering basics or choice is very limited on some products, this can be a bit frustrating sometimes. Otherwise great shop !!

Super place to buy hair and beauty products at less than normal prices as they are suppliers to the hairdressing trade and beauty industry. You can also get brushes and all the paraphenalia needed to be a hairdresser or beautician too. The prices are all good and items are easily found. Staff on hand will always help if needed and advice is boundless.
