Surprisingly knowledgeable staff for a high street chain jeweller. Very helpful and no hard-​sell on insurance.
I purchased a watch and they were happy to take out a few links, plus for me to bring the watch back for any further adjustment. They also polished off any fingerprints and gift-​wrapped the box really nicely.
If you have Tesco clubcard deals vouchers they can be used, making a purchase that bit cheaper.
