I hadn’t realised that there’s a garden out the back before, probably because I’ve never been here in the summer before. Anyway, its a really nice place to sit. There’s flowers and lawns but best of all a walnut tree to sit under so plenty of nuts with the beer!

Nice English pub on the edge of Bath’s city centre. Limited ales, but well kept. Good atmosphere, with a lot of character. Would definitely go back.
