In stark contrast to recent disgraceful retail experiences with both Hobbs and Laura Ashley, this was a refreshing change to rediscover good old fashioned retail and proper customer service from the minute that we walked through the door. It is unusual in today’s modern take take take and sod the customer business world, to find a retailer that wants the consumer to have such a good experience, that they want to go back there again and spend more money in the future. However, this is exactly what we got here 10⁄10 to the staff at this place, as we shall be both returning customers as a result of this. The other two retailers mentioned in this comparison would do well to learn from this shop rather than be difficult and hide behind the infamous Policies clause, a bit of discretion and common sense approach works wonders in terms of repeat business. Well done Repertoire, keep up the excellent service levels.

My only star goes to the clothing. Attitude of these people is really poor and no matter how good the clothing is, I will not go back.
