It was one of the best places outside of London. The food and the service were outstanding, everytime there were visitors I would take them for dinner. The best dish ever was the green curry chicken. Deserts were nice too, I cannot remember what I had, I believe it was an ice cream dish and it was quite decandent in a good way. Quite an awesome patio sitting with an awesome pond with fish and flowers.

Spice Merchant is an up-market Indian restaurant in Beaconsfield. The food is excellent but fairly expensive so expect to pay around £100 on dinner for two with wine. I had the Tandoori Lobster to start with which was divine and an exceptional Lamb Bhuna for the main. I think you can really judge the quality of an Indian restaurant by how well they do basic dishes and, although I must have had Lamb Bhuna over 100 time’s, Spice Merchant’s was the best I’ve ever eaten. They have a lovely garden and dining out there on a summer night is really romantic. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

The Spice Merchant décor, service, & food were all of an exceptional standard. There is quite a comprehensive menu, so its good for both veggies and non-veggies, as well as seafood lovers. The food was great and there was a very good atmosphere in the restaurant. All the five members of our party enjoyed our meal greatly.
