Disappointing store as the cash and wrap at the front is never manned and you get stuck behind people waiting for pharmacy advice very often. The instant photo machines are often closed early and staff do not appear to know how to change the bits on it. I’ve had to wait ages before now for the member of staff to come from developing the films to serve.
Not enough staff as quite often the shelves are very low in stock.

This is a typical smaller boots branch that offers the same sort of products you’d find in any other boots shop. They do concentrate most of their stock on fragrances, makeup, baby bits and medicines though with a small selection of gifts for all ages nearer christmas time.
This has quite narrow isles and whenever I used to go in here no matter what time of the day it was I always used to get that cramped up feeling.
There are often ques at the checkouts as they only have two available so I tend not to go to this shop as much apart from the sale times.

This is a good sized Boots for the size of the town. They have a very good range of products including; cosmetics, fragrances, hair care, nappies, other baby items and gifts. They have a good selection of these nearer Christmas time and if they have not sold before christmas they then all go into the sales and these often end up at 75% off which is excellent.
This is often busy and the isles are not that wide and often feels more crowded than what it really is.
Staff are constantly on the checkout tills but there are not that many actually on the shop floor so if you do need help you have to look around for someone.

This particular store of Boots is no way near the size of the one’s in Norwich but for what you need it always has. They always seem to have the offers placed well especially during sale periods. The staff they employ are friendly and helpful but I have found on numerous occassions that I have had to hunt around the store for someone to help. This particular store has quite narrow isles especially if you have a pushchair and even worse if it’s busy. Everything seems quite cramped up here in my opinion and it makes it feel even more squished if it’s particuarly busy. They do have a very good range of medications, nappies, baby products and make up though which I always know I can find here if I need them. There is no parking directly outside the store but the closest parking is only a minutes walk away.
