Bass Buildings

Although the Bass Buildings has been in the news in recent weeks for all the wrong reasons (being home to a multi-​national, multi-​gender prostitute ring…) it’s one of the better city centre flat complexes.
I viewed a couple of properties here a year or two ago before we settled elsewhere and the place is nice. Accessed by a secure key-​pad and access to floors by lift it also features underground parking.
Nice rooms — well fitted and spacious however I would say that many of the places that face internally have very little natural light which is a little bit depressing.
I have also heard that as far as buying the apartments have a habit of having lots of nasty damp around so if you are buying getting a qualified surveyor to check it out for you.
