Normally when I think of Boots I think of perfume, make-​up and a chemist but the range of products and services boots offers has been growing at a phenomenal rate. It now offers photo development and even an opticians. It is becoming a one stop shop for everything.
What I like about Boots is that it stocks major brands so you can be assured that what you are buying is the real deal in comparison to the likes of semi-​chem.
I recently called into the Boots in Castlecourt as I had really bad toothache and was going to pick up some gel for it. I went to the counter to pay when the girl advised me of a product they had that would work much better and was pretty much the same price. I bough the recommended gel and it worked wonders and I’ve recommended it to my friends.
Purely because of the excellent customer service and advice I’d come back to this Boots of I had any ailments that could be sorted with over the counter drugs.

This is a fantastic Boots store. It really is huge with around 3 floors. This isn’t only a chemist but also a department store and you can buy goods for your house as well as toiletries and medicine. They also sell food and drink and as another reviewer mentioned have some excellent deals on for lunchtime meals. This is quite a busy store so be prepared to queue (especially depending on the time of day — morning, lunchtime, late afternoon etc). The staff are all so friendly and very helpful. If your ever stuck for a gift, or can’t find what your looking for (because it is a big store) then the staff will always gladly help you out.

This store is great. It has a very wide range of products. It is over 3 floors the childrens floor is well stocked. there are always great special offers like 3 for 2 and extra points.
The pharmasy on the bottm floor is great and the staff are very helpful!

This store is huge, on three floors and has so many products. Make sure you use your advantage card when you shop here, and use the machines instore which give you points offers on your shopping. The queues here get massive at lunch time, especially the tills at the back as everyone seems to head here for a meal deal lunch, so avoid this time if you can.
The meal deals are great value, as for £2.99 you get a sandwich, drink and a snack. Plus if you use your advantage every time you buy 5 meal deals you get your 6^th one free. Really can’t beat a free lunch!

This Boots is absolutely brilliant! They have sooo much make-​up you can make yourself look gorgeous no problem! Staff are friendly but a little over dressed & overly made up for the daytime! Loads of deals & offers on all the time & they open really early in the morning — i think 8 o clock if you need anything quickly. Also have a good chemists with very nice staff here. A brilliant range of christmas gifts & usually 3 for 2 offers. Loads of fragrance counters so easy to find a present for someone!
