Extremely hungover and in need of copious amounts of food. Decided to get a 4 star and was waiting 45 minutes. Rang the shop back and got told that the delivery man was banging the door for a long time then left (which is complete lies!). We were then informed that the delivery driver had a bad attitude and left work to go home. We got an apology and half price food which we were told would be made fresh as our pizza was stone cold, the food in total came to £14. The food when we got it was clearly just reheated. The dough was chewy and had the consistency of cardboard. The chips were rock hard and could have caused and injury if hit with one. I’m left feeling thoroughly dissapointed and the hangover not improved, to my dismay :(never getting a a four star from kennedy way again! Nothing wrong than bad customer service and rude delivery drivers.
