Love love love this little stall in the market it’s the first place I go to get my coffee fix before I start my shopping. Good, quick service, very reasonable prices and the nicest vanilla latte I’ve had!!!

Javaman serve okay coffee, but its perhaps too bitter for my palate. Unfortunately I think it’s also quite overpriced. I find the man who works here (I think he’s the owner) to be very abrupt, however the female waitresses are lovely.

Your coffee is excellent.
Do yourselves a favour though and consider taking card, there are some smaller options which won’t hurt your pocket as much as you think.

Tucked away round the side of St. Georges Market I stumbled across this on my way over to Central Station. It’s a smallish shop and the name of the game is coffee. I’d a bit of time to kill so rather than go for the generic coffee up at the station I thought I’d give it a go
There was a special of a mint latte which intrigued me as I’d never tried one before. Very good it was too, not what I expected but it definitely worked. The guy serving took a bit of time to chat away while he made it up and I was definitely impressed by the whole quality of service and coffee.
Pros: Great coffee.
Cons: It was busy in there.

This is a handy little coffee shop that must benefit from being so close to the law courts, opposite the massive office buildings that are full of coffee drinkers and also being integrated into the body of St. George’s Market — so on a Saturday and Sunday I would imagine they do a roaring trade with all the market-​goers who are wanting their caffeine perk to keep them going through the morning. I had a hot chocolate, and the hubby went for the Mint Latte the last time we called in here, and they were both really nice. The coffee and other hot beverages are made freshly in front of you, so you really feel like you’re getting a nice treat, and that you’re being a little different than the rest of the masses by not heading to the usual Starbucks for your coffee fix.
