Absolutely disgusted with one of the staff in here today. Came in to ask for US passport photos. Explained the size I needed and showed her where the face needed to be positioned because I know they don’t often do US passport photos. She says she can do them, and then hands me UK passport photos which are smaller and won’t be accepted. I explain these were not US sized and then say ‘That’s ok. I will go somewhere else.’ The woman rudely says ‘So you’ll just be taking these?’ I said ‘No, they aren’t US passport photos.’ She then insists I have to pay for them. And says ‘You need to pay for these as I printed them!’ Despite the fact I asked her 5 times if she could do US photos. She proceeded to try to bully me into purchasing them, until my husband came in. Never will I go in there again.

Cooper’s pharmacy moved to this new building just a few years ago. It’s a spacious pharmacy, as most are quite compact. More and more people are starting to go to a pharmacist if they have a minor ailment, instead of going to the doctor. The staff in here are friendly and professional, and it has a lot of special offers that could save you a few quid. I was in there recently and when you walk in through the sliding doors you’re immediately met with a small display of a few shelves with special offers. Not only was I able to get a 250ml bottle of shower gel for £1, but they also had an offer on a funky shower gel called«Original Lemon Source» for £1, which is a really good price for it. Not only that, but among their other offers they had a 400ml bottle of Silvikrin hairspray for £2.49, which is also a good price(I get sent to the chemist for many things and believe me, this doesn’t come close to being the most embarrassing of them!). If you’re a bargain hunter or you’re on holiday and need some toiletries, this place should be able to sort you out.
