I’ve been here a few time and the colour services were satisfactory at best, but after recently going back to my natural hair colour I’ve been horrified by the very poor results and damage done by a simple semi-​perman dye job. Apart from not getting what I asked for, my hair is falling out in clumps, I think more training is required in this salon. I was charged a ridiculous amount too but I’d of rather paid a higher amount and got what I wanted.

I came here when I first moved to Belfast and didn’t really have a clue where anything was. The Peter Marks that I had gone to before down South were just so-​so. They weren’t going to ruin your hair, but they weren’t going to get it perfect or do something creative with it.
Inside, the salon is very modern and very long. I remember being left waiting for about 40 minutes as I was a mere five minutes late. This was a bit of a pain! The sinks are pretty comfortable and the facilitates are great, so no complaints there. My hairdresser was really grumpy though. I didn’t want to be her best friend but for Chrissakes a bit of small talk wouldn’t go amiss. I also had to explain to her over and over again how to cut my hair as she wasn’t getting me at all. Everytime I asked her to redo a bit she looked disgruntled. I wasn’t being overly awkward, I just wanted to get what I paid for!
